I purchased my new car 4/22/2017...spent a little over $5000 cash for it...I was very pleased that Rich came back to the dealership after hours to come sell me my car and at the fact that the car is beautiful and runs great.i later found out my air conditioner didnt work at all.which was upsetting since it was listed with having air conditioning.with summer approaching and Im a chronic asthmatic, I need the air.i called and rich had me come back up there so they can fix it..the problem is between 4/22/17 and 5/9/17 I took two additional trips and he claimed to had fixed the air conditioner on both those occasions..by the time 5/17/17 hits I turn on the air on a heatwave day and it doesnt work again..when I contacted him about it he told me its not under warranty and he cant fix it but I can bring it back to get looked at.but if that was the case, why have me come dropping the car off overnight and claiming to had fixed the problem in the first place.it was a complete waste of time and I did not take the long trip back just for him to keep playing games..because I dont have the money to get it checked out yet, I still have no air in that car and cant drive on real hot days..and the leather seats that I loved so much doesnt make it any easier..Most days I can only drive my car at night when the sun goes down.i might have to suffer out the rest of the summer if I dont make something happen.i wish I never stepped foot in this dealership

I purchased a car from PA Auto Direct in late December. I was pleased with the initial service and received a decent price in the car. I wanted to get it checked out by a mechanic prior to purchase but the dealer, Chris, did not allow me to do so. I purchased the car, signed the papers, and drove off. two weeks later, the check engine light came on. when I took it in to have it inspected, I was informed that it had a transmission leak. Most importantly, the catalytic converter was broken--a pretty major part. I was sold a car that needed about $1500 of work. This is a serious violation of consumer rights and lemon law. To make matters worse, Chris, who initially agreed to fix the car, backed out of his promise when I asked for a contract guaranteeing that he would indeed fix all of the defects. He predictably weasled his way out with typical used car salesman rhetoric about how it was a "really good price". The fact is he sold me a car "as is" without once telling me that it had all these issues. And then, rudely refused to hold up his end of the bargain. I am now the owner of a defective car that needs significant repairs. I highly recommend that you rethink your decision about purchasing a car to this scam operation. They devalue their customers and do not their promises.

Just bought my second vehicle from PA Direct Auto. Bought the first one because it was a great price, was in great shape, and Chris was great to deal with (no pressure!). When I needed to replace one of my other vehicles, after figuring out what we were looking for, my wife and I intentionally stopped to talk with Chris before buying anywhere else. Turns out Chris had something arriving in a day or two that met our criteria, so we waited to look at this vehicle before buying. We were not disappointed! This vehicle was in far better condition than anything else we looked at and Chriss price was 15% to 20% lower than anything else we looked at. Rich is a very friendly guy and took a nonchalant approach to sales from the moment I stepped in. He knows what hes talking about when it comes to Cadillacs and he doesnt mess with junky cars. I wish the group was a little more thorough with their inspection process. I encountered some minor mechanical errors within a few months of my purchase that couldve been avoided, but I refused all warranty contracts (which were strongly recommended) so I have no one to blame but myself. All in all, nice people, beautiful cars, low pressure sales.

Chris called me right away after my inquiry and was very friendly and accommodating, and scheduled a convenient time for me to come see the car. Chris was more than happy to let me inspect and test drive the car on my own terms, and let me take the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The car checked out great, and just as described, and I got it for a great price. Chris even had one of his folks follow me home to deliver the new car. All in all, a very easy transaction and a great deal.

This place is awful. I bought a car for a pretty reasonable price from them a few months ago, only to end up needing to get 2,000$+ worth of repairs on it. The AC stopped working the week after I bought it, Ive had to replace the control arm and Ive had to replace of the brakes, after being told the car was recently fixed and had all new parts Dont go here
