We would like to thank you for all of your efforts in making our car perfect in every way. We found you through the internet, when we were searching for a very specific car and color combination. It was a long search over many months and looking over several different examples across the country. We were not only fortuitous to find her car so very close to where we live, but to find such a caring dealership as Bristol Motors. Our salesman, Mr. Timothy Eberhardt, and Dealership Principal, Mr. Christopher Dieckhaus, both went out of their way to make sure that all of the additional work was performed on our vehicle so that it looks brand new. This involved not only their repair shop, but an outside body shop, window tinting shop, and upholstery shop. The level of patience, persistence, communication, and caring that they lavished on our car and to us, their customer, was on a level that is simply nonexistent in today’s times. We not only feel that our patronage was valued, but that we were dealing with friends, not some uncaring organization that was just trying to “make another quick sale.” Thank you Bristol Motors! You are truly “The Best!”

My husband and i purchased a car from there today. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Vivienne was very knowledgeable and worked with what we could afford. Me and my husband have bought cars from different car dealerships before and i usually feel like their just trying to put you in something you cant afford or thats a piece of crap just to make a buck. But today was different, i would definitely be doing future business with them.

Spoke with Vivian today about a car for my son, appointment on sat. She offered great customer service and told me not to worry ( so I wont ) I learned about BMC from a commercial on TV today, while getting my car washed. I"ll write another review after we meet and talk credit and finance. I really hope they are as honest and helpful as Vivian appears to be. 5 stars are for the phone customer service.

The owner is the biggest douchebag in the world. Kids toy(drone) landed on the roof of his business and with both my daughters standing right there with me (5 and 4 years old) told me "he cant help me, he isnt going up there and he cant allow me to go up". 100$ down the drain. Work way to hard to let some jackass ruin it. I will have every one I know give you a bad rating because thats what you deserve.

False advertising. Ive heard plenty about this place and how they can get you into a car with a low down payment even if your credit isnt good. I checked out a few cars, found one that I liked, and they tried to get me to put down over $4000 for a down payment. Dont advertise a low down payment with a bad credit score if that isnt the case.

2nd generation now runs store joe runs service and chris is in sales, their new parts manager bill is the best parts guy I have ever known, if he cant find it , it isnt made, back as a factory authorized buick store ( was dodge originally ) but they try to make everyone happy and what more can you ask ?

Great service. I would give em 5 stars if they opened before 9am, considering every other repair place opens up around 7:30 or 8am. Not everyone has the typical banker hours.
