"I rented a car from Enterprise in West Orange NJ and expressed my ills to the agents that my 2005 STS Cadillac had put me down; and I was in the market for a car. The rental agents expressed how it would be to my advantage to look into Enterprise car sales. Being hesitant, I was not so interested because I had appointments with 3 different car dealerships. Long story (short version) Being kind, I ask the agent to have a car salesman from Enterprise Car Sales in call me. Anderson Minyetty, Enterprise Car Sales Consultant, in Elmwood Park NJ called and we made the appointment. I arrived at around 2PM which was 2 hours earlier form my scheduled appointment. With others scheduled customers, Anderson graciously honored me. I figured I would let him know “I’m just looking” and I have other potential appointments. After “squeezing” me in, Anderson forgot about his sales-pitch and we started reminiscing on baseball. Feeling very comfortable with him, I began to express what I was in the market for; after driving a Cadillac for the past 10 years. I look at several cars on the lot, but then he showed me a Burgundy 2016 Buick La Crosse, whose image was hard to dismiss from my “brain”. After a test drive of the LaCrosse, the car facts, the financing and the payment schedule, I knew my car search was over. For me it was the deal of the century, literally. This is the short version of my Enterprise story. I would be remiss not to mention Patrick Moriarty, Area Sales Manager in the Car Sales Division. He took the time to explain my financing numbers and the sales agreement. Both men took their time with me. They did not rush nor coerce me into purchasing. With the generosity and the customer-first sentiment at this Enterprise office, a customer should have a very sound excuse to leave without purchasing a car. A heartfelt “thank you” to Anderson Minyetty and his Supervisor Patrick Moriarty for making me feel like a valued customer. On monday 2 20 17 i rented a Dodge journey from the west orange nj enterprise office and i got great service from the employees there.i asked the girl what does enterprise do with the cars after awhile she let me know that enterprise sells them. The girl at west orange was very nice and helpful she gets a 5 star..on Thursday 2 23 17 i went to enterprise in Elmwood park nj at 100 route 46 east. I was got the best service the young lady k k gai was t best she helped me buy a car i now own a 2016 Chevy Malibu k k gets a 10 star .I say to anybody that reads this if you need a cay go to enterprise on route 46 east in elmwood park they sell used cars that are like brand new. And i would like to say that Mohammad was also great he also gets a 10 star my new Malibu is a 2016 with 18000 miles on it and with a 5 year warranty. THANK YOU K K GAI AND MOHAMMAD FOR ALL YOUVE DONE. AND THANK YOU ENTERPRISE .AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL OF YOUR HELP. This was the fourth car that we purchased thru Enterprise, so we were very familiar with the buying process. We made an appointment and when we arrived, we were warmly greeted and the car that we were interested in was sitting on the showroom floor in spotless condition with a large bow on it. The people that helped us (both Garfar and Mohammad) were polite and very professional. We did a test drive of a similar vehicle and was asked if we would like to drive the car that we came to purchase. Without hesitation, it was taken out of the showroom and we did the test drive. We were given a very fair price for our trade in and bought the car on the spot. The paperwork process was painless and quick. Enterprise Car Sales really surprised me, in the best way. I was very nervous about buying my first vehicle but they made the process as stress-free as possible. Luan asked the right questions to get an idea of what kind of car I was looking for and gave me some great suggestions. I recommend looking at the inventory online before going in so that you have an idea of what is available. The best thing is that they can transfer cars between nearby Enterprise Car Sales locations for free, so even though the car I wanted was at the Wayne location with one quick phone call it was ready for me to see/drive the next day! (Thanks TK!) Their prices can not be beat, and they handle everything from financing to registration/plates, even making sure you know which active warranties your car has. I know I got a great deal, and I am very pleased with my new car.

In life you meet people and you instantly feel comfortable with them. That is how I felt with KK and Jennifer. They both went above the call of duty to help me get my new SUV. On her day off, which was also her birthday Jennifer worked with KK to get my paperwork completed. KKs outgoing personality is only surpassed by her intelligence and professionalism. She kept me apprised of everything that was going on during the process. She even washed the vehicle because the person who usually does it had left for the day. If your looking to purchase a car or truck this is the dealership you should come to. You will not be disappointed!

Luan Madani and Kyle Leary were friendly, informative and professional and set a welcoming tone from the minute I walked in the door. After anticipating an hours-long day at the car dealership full of hassles and haggling, you can imagine my surprise when I was done in an hour and a half with the car I wanted at a very competitive price. The level of comfort that the whole team gives you is amazing. Really great crew and they all work together you could really see the difference. It honestly was my first time buying a car from a dealer and Ive to 4 different ones before getting here and I wish I wouldve had started here instead. The level of commitment to ensuring that I got a vehicle was truly mesmerizing.
