I had a great experience buying a BMW e39 528i from here. I traded the BMW for a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and the transaction couldnt have went smoother. The owner, Paul, is extremely courteous and made sure that everything was in order before we traded. He basically would not let me drive off with the 528i until everything on the car was checked, and HE EVEN HOOKED UP A COMPUTER MODULE TO THE CAR RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME TO SHOW ME THAT EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT. He was very negotiable with the price and other cars on the lot were priced very reasonably. I got a call from him about two weeks later about a universal garage door opener that was suppose to come with the car and he agreed to ship it to me along with the parking pass i left in the jeep at no cost! What a guy! This is a very professional dealer who is interested in selling quality cars. If ur thinking about buying a car from here DO IT. Definitely Recommended.

After an auto accident I went looking online for a new car and found one I liked at Bristol Auto Mall. I arranged to go see it but didnt really feel it was the right one. Bobby looked at my parameters and showed me multiple other cars within them. He happily answered all my many questions (as well as my mothers at a later date). I didnt feel at all pressured to buy, it seemed like they really just wanted to help me find what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Mazda hatchback, super cute and in really good condition. There were some hang ups with the title (which was in fact the previous owners fault and in no way the dealers) but they did so much extra to work it out for me. Ive been in touch with Bobby multiple times since purchasing the car, he always answers my calls and is incredibly pleasant and helpful. I will likely buy from them again in the future.

This is a great place to buy a car! I brought a 2006 Toyota Avalon XLS from this Auto Mall. I wanted to vvait a while prior to writing a review because I wanted to be sure I bought a quality car. Initially, there was a small problem with the car battery that surfaced early on, but Paul the owner was eager to assist me. Ive had the car since May 2010 without any other issues. I am glad I purchased from here and would definitely go back. Paul also offered me an unlimited mile warranty on the car! Often, women may feel a little intimidated with buying a car by themselves, but Paul is a honest car salesman whom takes pride in his business. I would definitely recommend doing business with Bristol Auto Mall!

Buying a used car is always a bit of a risk, for you are buying something used and someone has sold for a variety of reasons. Thats why having a dealer that stands behind his product and will work with you to resolve all the issues on the car is so important. And for that, I highly recommend stopping by at the Bristol auto mall and talking with Paul the owner. I purchased a Ford 500 that needed some additional work as I was preparing the car for my sister. Paul was very eager to work with me to resolve the issues and went the extra mile to do the work necessary to prep the car. Paul and the Bristol Auto mall group received their 5 star rating the hard way--they earned it!

I rarely ever write reviews but felt compelled to after exceptional service from Bristol Auto Mall. In January, I purchased an Audi A8 for dirt cheap with super low rate financing (1.9%). After 3 months, I can say with confidence how much I love this car. I was so scared buying a luxury car used but the guys there made me feel so comfortable. I dont know a lot about cars so I call whenever I have a question (a lot) and they are always more than helpful. I have gotten better service from them than at new car dealerships which is sad to say. My overall experience from financing tips to purchase price to service was great. These are some good guys here.

Went to the lot with the expectations of just looking around and met with Dimitri. Very honest and to the point. Was able to answer all of my questions fully and was eager to work with me to get me the car that I wanted. Over a month now and the car is still running excellent and I have heard from the guys at the dealership at least 3 times now making sure that I am satisfied and pleased with my vehicle. I have been recommending the dealership to everyone and I will definitely be doing business again in the near future. I purchased a 2000 Audi A6 4.2 liter from Paul at Bristol Auto Mall with 150,000 on it I had confidence that the car was ok as Paul showed me the carfax report as well as the service records to reassure me the car was as advertised the car currently has 214,000 miles on it and looks and drives as if it where brand new I would recommend Paul the owner of Bristol Auto Mall to anyone buying A late model European luxury Sedan Audi,BMW,Mercedes Etc Definitely A high recommendation and truly a car Guy, he also worked as to paying the car off I put down a deposit and Paul worked with me until it was paid off.

My friend and I came in a few months ago looking for a car. He wasnt exactly sure what he wanted, so I came along since I know a lot about cars. The car salesman seemed pretty nice until my friend asked for a test drive. He immediately told us that he wouldnt allow us to test drive any of his vehicles unless we were "actually serious." Not exactly a good way to treat customers, especially people who know a lot about cars. Stay away from this place, as they lack principle and respect for their customers. That was the first time Ive ever stepped my foot into their lot, and it will also be my last.

Great Guys at Bristol auto mall! Paul, Dimitri and Jay were a huge help with my purchase. They always picked up the phone when I called and they didnt mind all of my questions. Great customer service!! Better than than the huge dealership I went to on the same day. They made feel at home and were very patient with a tough customer. I purchased my car from Bristol Auto Mall about a year and a half ago and I have to say that my experience was great. I did have a problem with my valve body which is normal with 2004 Nissan Maxima I brought it back to Paul, it was under warranty it was replaced and I havent had any issues since. Paul also referred me to a good mechanic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a great used car with great customer service
