i sent my ex-wife (YES we still get along and sometimes she asks for recommendations on repairs)in on 3/17/17 for 3 services, a tire rotation, a SYNTHETIC oil change which she had a Chrysler oil change contract and a transmission fluid AND FILTER replacement,at the write up the writer couldnt seem to figure out how to retrieve the contract even though she told him it was still under her old married name, and had to give the write up to anther writer, after several hours there for 3 relatively quick routine services she was presented the bill which was higher than the original quote having to get to work she paid and when she had time to review it she noticed they CHARGED her full price for the oil change and DIDNT use the REQUESTED SYNTHETIC OIL, this car has ALWAYS used synthetic oil and she is now hesitant about having regular oil used , she also noticed there was 12 quarts of trans fluid and a transmission "flush" kit but NO sealer or fluid billed out (i have had plenty of mopars over my live and plenty of services so i know what should be billed on each service) this car has to last and she performs all necessary maintenance at a dealer, and expected the fluid AND filter to be replaced as requested NOT a transmission "flush" which is NOT recommended in the owners manual, she called and asked what happened they REFUSED to make it correct saying the oil was a "blend" yes the oil this engine takes (5w20) can be bought in blend synthetic OR straight mineral but she specifically requested the service contract she paid for to be used with the SYNTHETIC oil change upgrade, i have no idea who the manager is BUT as a first time customer this was DEFINITELY NOT the service that was expected from a dealer she will be returning to a dealer farther from home BUT honest, and willing to do the maintenance requested

LET ME START BY WRITING THAT THERE IS NO CHOICE FOR NEGATIVE STARS, SO THIS PLACE GETS AN UNDESERVED STAR BY DEFAULT. Customer service here is so bad that Im actually going to pay out of pocket to get some free recall work done somewhere else, the customer service is that bad. Recap: I had to have recall work on my Jeep Patriot, right? Well, customer service tells me that my extended warranty would cover the front axel and tie rod end during my first appointment that included a 5 point inspection. The parts were supposedly ordered. 2 months fly by, no parts, no call, no update. I had to go back again and check for a status update and they had to schedule me in for another appointment BECAUSE THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS TO BEGIN WITH and assigned the car to ANOTHER inspection. More run around, no answers. I GO IN THE THIRD TIME TODAY and the poor repairs receptionist takes pity on me and reserves a slot for me to have a loaner car assigned while my car FINALLY GETS LOOKED AT, only to have the car denied to me because an actual employee is using the car for his own personal use. I cited the recall and was dismissed by the employee, who argued that my car was fine and didnt need anything. HV Chrysler Dodge not only gave me the run around, lost my paperwork and served up nothing but excuses. I HAVE NEVER LOST SO MUCH TIME OVER SOMETHING SO SIMPLE. I cancelled all of my recall work, plan on taking care of this issue out of pocket and will probably sell my Jeep later on to avoid having Sales hound me to trade in for more crappy service. ***CUSTOMERS BEWARE****

To be clear...my experience with my car salesman was great, it was after the sale that it took a turn. I purchased my car on 12/6/16. My temporary registration sticker that I drove home with was good until 1/20/17. I assumed that was plenty of time for them to file with dmv and get my actual registration in the mail... well apparently not. I called them on Jan 11th and asked where my registration was. The woman said she had it on her desk. I was owed a refund (yay) so a check has to be cut and she would mail it the next day. Well today is Jan 21st and I still havent gotten it. I called this morning and the pleasant girl at the front desk checked the desk of the woman that handles the registrations and my refund check for $185 and my registration is SITTING ON HER DESK!!! So now the temporary registration on my car isnt vaild. Thank goodness my boyfriend can pick it up for me since he was in the area. I live an hour away from this dealership. Waiting this long is absolutely ridiculous. Theres absolutely no reason my check and registration should be sitting on her desk. It shouldnt have taken her over a month to register it with the DMV. This is her only job in the dealership! Apparently there was a stack on her desk also. Im assuming Im not the only one this has happened to. I dont regret purchasing the car because I got a great deal and it was a very easy experience, but the simplest thing to complete after the fact has now come to my car not having the proper stickers on it. *DISGUSTED*

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I will never use this dealership ever again! My car has been sitting in their service department for 5 weeks. The service department has dodged my phone calls, given me the run around and ignored phone calls from Chrysler corporate. After 5 weeks they are "still waiting for a warranty approval". The promised me a rental, I am still waiting for it. Poor customer service, every single time I call I get bounced around from person to person. The manager is always on vacation, in a meeting or unavailable. I work for a dealership and this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I cant even take my car back because it needs a new engine!! I have had my car in their facility 5 times and the problem has never truly been resolved. Once I get my car back I am completely done with them and will warn whoever I can to stay away. The way they speak to their customers is demeaning and they try to convince you that youve already spoken about something or that they have left you messages. I am completely disgusted, I have no clue how they are still in business. I was assured by the manager that the owner stands by his team and customers and that they would do everything possible to see my car gets fixed quickly. He then continued to tell me that he truly cares about his job because he travels an hour tog et to work every day so he takes it seriously and wants to see his customers happy. Well Id say this has been an epic fail and the dealership needs to reevaluate their procedure and staff.

I wish I could give them something less than one star because they dont even deserve that. I made them aware of my credit, financial information, & location days prior to my appointment. Only to drive an hour there, be left at someones desk for 45 minutes as Brenden, Tom, & Paul passed me MULTIPLE times. Then to be sent home because "the banks close at 6 and are unable to provide me with an answer at the moment. " Mind You they scheduled my appointment at 7! So why tell me to drive an hour down to finish my credit application, when you know the banks close at 6? I was also told that I would be receiving an call first thing in the morning regarding the banks decision. I didnt hear from them until 5. Only because I called them! I never received a call from them! ALSO! The day before my appointment I called to again confirm the car I was looking to get was still in the lot & they reassured me it was & I will be able to test drive during my appointment. When I got there, it was sold. So they passed me on to another car & when I asked to test drive that. I was told that I could drive three lights down to another dealership & test drive it there. They were 3 very unprofessional & inconsiderate assholes. Shanta was great! I appreciate all of your efforts & patience Shanta! I wish you nothing but the best! -Autumn
