Ralph Pocino is a very professional highly motivated expereinced mechanic who goes above and beyond his duty to get your repairs taken care of in a quick and important fashion unlike many auto mechanics I have delt with in 15 years of driving andhaving auto repair needs i havent met any top notch expert presice experienced mechanics until i met ralph and until he closes his business i would wait a month to have him do the repairs and take care ofmy automotive needs if that was the case! I brought my van to 2 mechanic and both said my transmission needed to be replaced/rebuilt and offered services for 1500+ dollars and i took it to ralph he test drove the van and charged me 175 dollars to replace the sensor that told the trans when to shift and he also found a broken motor mount that was rubbing a holeinto my lower radiator hose in which he replaced after consulting me for another 100 dollars when I came to pick up my van he had it in a cleaner state then when I left it as well as checking over all basic parts for wear and greased all fittings as well as toped off fluids and washed my windshield he also checked the wipers, air filter, fuel filter , and pcv valve for properconditioning and didnt ask if I wanted to replace them he said they were almost ready to be replaced and would last til my next scheduled maintenece and so naturally i left it to the professional Ralphto change these parts while I wait and he stayed until it was done 45 mins after closing! In this day and age it is hard to find true pros with a customer based work ethic not a moneydriven ethic so to Ralph I say thank you and I will never use another mechanic as long as you are in business THANK YOU RALPH for beinga true human beingand professional!
