I wish I had seen this review earlier. My son purchased a car from them last month. Breaks went out while he was going down a very steep hill in Vernon. He almost ended up in a head on collision. Went to ask them what they plan on doing about it because we did not take the extended warranty, and 30 day just expired, I was told we will work something out. Not what I wanted to hear considering my son could have lost his life. If they do not do the right thing, I will be getting intouch with lawyers. Not Right. 5/20/2013 Well true to Bobs word, he did right and took care of fixing my sons brakes at no cost to me, which we are very thankful for. But needless to say a lesson has been learned. 9/19/2013. All I have to say for anyone who might actually read this, is that the car has had nothing but problems since it was purchased. Now the transmission is going on this car. Dont know what to do with this anymore. Very disappointed. The boy could have been paying the same loan price each month on a new car.

Worst experience buying a used car from them. Traveled two hours north to get a 99 Dakota because it had only 66,000 miles. 6 months after purchasing, under coat pealed off of the frame and I discovered there were steel plates welded to the frame holding it together. I called the dealership and there response to me was "I havent heard from you in 6 months how do I know you didnt weld the plates?" I am a 17 year old kid in high school who paid for the truck on my own, so to accuse me of doing this PLUS to scam a hard working kid like this is just horrible. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY they clean up all their rusted vehicles with touch up paint leaving you with a real headache when it peels 6 months down the road.

I bought a car from High Point Auto Sales and Aja was awesome, very accomodating. They gave me a good price for my trade and worked with me on payments and I have had not one issue with the vehicle! I was looking at many different places for vehicles and High Point had the most reasonable prices. I would reccomend buying a car from there, ask for Aja!!! Also, as with any used vehicle you are taking a chance in buying from any used car dealer.. The car is USED, there is a possibility of something going wrong.. thats the chance you take when buying a USED car. I had a vehicle that was nothing but problems, I didnt blame the dealer.. blame the maker of the car! Thats what warranties are for!

I dont even want to give this place one star thats how bad they are. They offered my boyfriend a warranty on his car when he got it back in May. Only a month later, he tried to go back to have them fix a jammed window and a broken seatbelt. They refused. After threatening to call Consumer affaires, they finally agreed to fix it. It has been at their mechanic for 5 days now and they havent even touched it yet. They dont even call to give us updates we have to constantly call them and ask the status. DO NOT give this place any business. They just want your money and want nothing to do with you after you leave the lot.

The owners make the customers feel that they are in a family environment and will treat customers as if they are apart of their family as well. This indicates that High Point Auto Sales will do whatever it takes to keep the customers satisfied and help them get the right deal for a perfect pre owned car. I went looking for a used vehicle for myself and decided on a pick up truck wasnt a brand new one by any means although I am in the auto industry I new it would need a little work . Bought it on the spot didnt even take it for a pre-buyers inspection. Went back to my shop and much to my delight it had brand new brakes and the over condition was very good missing some small items, but it was to be expected . I would buy a vehicle from them again

The service is great here and I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to check this place out. They have a huge variety of cars, I recently just bought a 2009 Jeep Liberty from them. The only thing wrong with the car was the roders but that was from the car sitting in the rain. Other than that my experience here was amazing! :)

A few years ago I bought a car here(a Subaru Forester), and the guy gave me a really good deal, on it. So when I decided to step up and get something nicer, I found a wonderful WRX it was in great shape and pretty awesome. Once a gain he gave me a good deal. This place is really a good car dealership.
