The customer service is not the issue. I purchased a 2005 Cadillac CTS in October 2014. Within one week, the transmission was gone. The owner worked hard to get me back on the road. Now, 8 months later, the transmission has gone for the third time! I considered the lemon law but my car doesnt qualify because of the year. This problem, the third time, is the engine NOT the transmission yet the owner wants me to take it to Cottman Transmission. I took it to a transmission place first, thinking it was the transmission. They told me it was not the transmission but the engine. I shared that with the owner but he said he thought it was the transmission and had me tow the car to a transmission place, who diagnosed it the same as the first shop. I shared with him the diagnosis from both shops...that its not the transmission....yet he wants it there AFTER he already asked me to have it towed to the second place!! He originally told my husband hed cover the costs for the next tow and now hes denying that. I have an extended warranty and he said that hes no longer using that company because customers are having problems!! He told me that he drove the car for 3 mos before I purchased it. Theres no way he didnt know there was a problem with it. Now its a customer service issue because hes very rude when we talk. I will get my car fixed somehow or another, but this is definitely not over. Im going to sue him for my almost $13,000 cash that I paid for the car and the extended warranty. This is poor business practice and he knows that he sold me a car that had major problems.

They guys are shady to say the least. To keep it short and simple as possible, they have a acura tsx with a check engine light on, they agreed to fix it before we pulled out of the lot with it. during the financing process Dennis says the car is being sold as is. The check engine light will not be fix. I said forget it I dont want the car. Who purchases a vehicle with a check engine light on? Thats strike #1 THEN they contact n.j.credit union to get us a loan, tells me we were approved for the loan which includes a warranty that was a total of $2,000 more on top of the purchase price. When I said that I didnt want the warranty Dennis says that it was part of the agreement that the credit union had to give us a loan, when I already know thats "B.S". The credit union wont give me a loan without purchasing a $2,000 warranty for a $7,000 car Thats strike#2 God forbid my sister had left them with a $1,000 deposit that I didnt agree with. Luckily they gave us our deposit back just as we were contacting new Jersey credit union to confirm this warranty b.s. but not before Dennis calls for the 3rd time saying his boss is pissed that we waisted his time? Strike #3 I dont care about your bosses feelings???? Youve been warned...11/12/2015

I was in the market for a used Nissan Rogue around September 2015. I found what I wanted at Randall Auto. I started working with Dennis about the car. Meanwhile I had to travel to India for some personal work and came back to them after more than 2 months. I had been to other used car dealers but was deeply disappointed. Dennis was absolutely courteous and helped me right till I bought that same car. He was available to answer all questions I had. After a couple of days the service engine light came on and I promptly called Dennis back who referred me to Cottman Auto. The guys at Cottman Auto helped to repair the faulty sensor at no charge to me. Dennis has been in touch till I got my tags. I highly recommend Randal auto generally and Dennis in particular. Thanks for all the help with the car.

Zach IS the man! I never thought of car buying as a pleasant experience, just something that had to be done. My recent experience at Randal Auto Sales proved to be far different from any other in the past, and my sales person Zach was easily the most pleasant and helpful Ive ever done business with. There was no pushy or aggressive behavior from him only a considerate, accommodating and supportive manner from him at all times. Ive been driving my Jeep Compass for about a week now and its just perfect for me. Ill have no problem recommending Randal Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good deal on a previously used car, with a personal recommendation that they see Zach the Man! THANK YOU ZACH!

My wife and I was looking for a car for my Daughter, her 1st car and a 1st time buyer. So after looking and waiting we went to Randal Auto Sales, and a good man named Dennis was there and helped us find a nice car and a good deal. It was a great experience and a blessing that we had the chance to meet such good ppl, and know that he was in our best interest and not his. 2008 Nissan Sentre really with low miles and a 3 year warranty and low payments that my daughter could afford. Thanks Dennis for your help and working hard to get us the right finance company. If any one out there needs a car and a great deal go to Randal and work with Dennis. My daughter is happy and that makes me happy!!

When searching online for a used car I came across my beautiful Red Mango Charger at Randal Auto Sales. I called 10 minutes before closing to see if I could take her for a test drive. I was told, " Sure, No problem! Come on in! " When I got there I was greeted by salesmen, Dennis. I wasnt rushed nor pressured into buying anything, actually they stayed open for an hour and half after closing hours to answer all of my questions. Im 100% satisfied with the service I received here. I would definitely refer my family and friends to Randal Autosales! Thanks Dennis for the wonderful experience and the amazing deal you got me!

I recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Randal Auto, very pleasant experience. The car looks and runs fantastic during the test drive. Unlucky to me, the check engine light went on when I drove it home, turns out to be a loose oil pan cover, probability got damaged during previous service from the previous owner. After replaced the oil and tightened the cover, the light went away; even this Randal Auto Sales offered me a prevention repair of the oil pan, to avoid future damage. Randy, Dennis, Josh, these are all very responsible and professional people, and glad I had traveled all the way from Philly to get the car.

This has been the best car buying experience ever!
