I wish there were a way for me to give negative stars! I have NEVER written a bad review for any company because I understand mistakes happen and sometimes people are just having a bad day, but to have had HORRIBLE customer service from THREE employees at this branch of Pearle Vision on several occasions makes it clear that this is a poorly run establishment. I started my journey of getting glasses in December 2015 and literally just picked them up less than an 2 hours ago. They put the wrong prescription in one of my lenses and when I told them I couldnt see, they insisted I needed to just give myself time to get adjusted. There was no sense of remorse or of urgency for that matter to rectify the issue. The manager is very rude and unaccommodating and two other regular employees I dealt with need to look for new jobs not involving customer service/satisfaction as they are both extremely condescending & unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I just purchased 2 sets of eye glasses from this store. Spent over $1,000 for both. The first was a pair for every day use the second are sunglasses. The first purchase was fine but the second was a very bad experience. It took 13 business days to get them. The person there when I picked them up had no clue about adjusting them. I asked for larger nose pads and was told that they didnt carry them and if I wanted them I could buy them from the manufacturer. Yet they sell that brand ?? They have lost two customers [myself and my wife]. I dont think they will care. I will find an optician that has customer care and wants my business.

Big thumbs up! I wanted to write about a great experience I had recently at this store. I brought my prescription into this Pearle Vision in September. The store had new owners who had just recently taken over. I was impressed with the large selection of frames they had. They helped answer my questions about my insurance, and helped me choose a pair of Ray-Bans. The optician really helped me understand the various lenses to choose from. My glasses came in even earlier than they promised. Very pleased. Couldnt have gone smoother.

Very good customer service and prices! If you are looking for good eye wear, this store has got it. The store manager was the person who helped me and set me up with a fantastic pair of Tag Heuer glasses: these are nicest frames I have ever owned. Highly recommend this store if you are tired of getting cheap glasses that break or wear out too fast. Highly recommend this store if you are tired of waiting for an hour for someone to help you. Cant wait to go back and buy some Oakley sunglasses for my boys.
