I have bought four bikes from Space Coast. Brittney in sales was outstanding, very knowledgeable, attentive and no way pushy !!! If so.... never would have bought one bike from them. That being said, it took me 7 months or so to pull trigger on my last purchase, which was Ultra Limited. With Brittney its not all abt just the sale, she keeps a good line of communication with customer. As far as any more needs, upcoming dealer events, see how you like your purchase etc etc. Now let me talk about sales manager Jonathan . He worked extremely hard to get my deals done. My last deal was a tough one, im a tough customer, Jon gave me a great number on my trade as he did every time . Put together a great deal !!! After the purchase, i walk thru the doors from time to time and always greeted by Brittney, Jon and some other staff members. Kinda makes me feel like family !! now service, Dennis the service manager has to be one of the best around. The man has knowledge , gives great advice on anything your looking to do from performance on your bike , to sound , to looks or anything along those lines.. Joyce in financing is another great asset to the dealership, works fast to get your deal done and out on the road. A pleasure to talk to and do business with. As far as parts dept , hmm...... i have not really delt with them , that being said if i have a problem with that dept i know any one of us customer can go see Jon and he will do EVERYTHING possible to make it right !!! So if there are any riders out there that are considering dealing with Space Coast and want a knock out experience ........ lst step go in and introduce yourself to Jon, let Brittney handle your deal, questions etc...... service dept go see Dennis . I am positive you will have a great experience and will love coming back even to say hi !!!!!

From the initial phone call through to having the bike delivered to my home, it was a great experience dealing with Chris Rey at Space Coast Harley. Overall, the customer service exceeded expectations. The showroom, staffed with with respectful salespeople, was a vast landscape of great looking bikes - each one more enticing then the other. We drove up from Fort Lauderdale to execute payment on the bike - the paperwork was all prepared and all that we had to do was to inspect the bike. The bike was as Chris had described it down to the smallest details. Due to rainy weather, we couldnt drive the bike home as planned, and to our amazement, they offered to deliver the bike in the next 48 hours. Sure enough, it was delivered the next day. Moreover, they contacted the previous owner and were able to forward the bikes manual and service record and other paperwork to our home. At all stages, Chris was readily available via phone and email and always responded promptly. I dont know if this is the return of the premier customer service that once set Harley Davidson apart from everyone else or, if this great service is specific to Space Coast Harley. Either way, Chris and company have a converted us to the Harley religion. I will, without hesitation, do business with Chris and Space Coast Harley in the future. Now, when friends ask where I bought my awesome bike, I say "Space Coast, and ask for Chris Rey. And thats that.

the people that i have dealt with that work there try to be customer oriented but their policy regarding customer service really sucks. They will tell you that thats just the way it is. For some reason like if management didnt trust the service department they make you go to the parts department and have them ring up your service bill. The service desk is always busy and it takes 20-30 minutes to pay a freakin bill. Every time even when there are three guys working. Also their policy is if something goes wrong with your bike that is a warranty issue like the spokes need adjusted and the wheel is ready to wooble off ,you will have to wait untill your 1000 mile checkup is due. I swear that is what I was told and when I complained all I got was a shrugged shoulder and an oh well. I will never buy another bike from them. I can not beleive they told me that on a brand new motorcycle bought from them. How do they expect to get any customer loyalty or customer satisfaction with service like that. I hope someone else takes it over or closes it and starts over cause they seriously suck.

I moved from Tamp to Palm Bay about 8 months and I decided to go the Harley store there (Space Coast Harley) and look around. I was there for about five minutes when I heard this man screaming at the top of his lungs at a man with a broom and a garbage can that he would "f"ing fire him if he had to tell him one more time to do something. I was in total shock to hear someone speak this way to anyone let alone in public. The screamer was upstairs on a catwalk and the janitor was downstairs. I asked one of the motorcycles associates who the little man was screaming and who ever he was he needed to be fired. She said that wasnt going to happen since he was the owner. She also told me that within a six months period he personally had fired 64 employees from the dealership. People like him should not ever be allowed to own a HD dealership. I have told everyone I know what a dictator the owner was and have encouraged everyone I know not to go there. I will never, never step foot in that place again.

I bought a 1200t Sporty from Jason a couple days back. He listened to what I had to say and was very knowledgeable of bikes and parts. He knew the bikes very well and answered all my questions with no BS. I felt no pressure. He introduced me to his manager, finance guy and Joyce (a very nice lady) who works in the office. I would highly recommend Space Coast Harley to my friends and direct them to speak with Jason in regards to buying a new Harley. Earlier this year I purchased a Harley remanufactured engine from Space Coast. The service and parts department rock. Always helpful and seem to always go out of the way to help me. I read two bad reviews about their parts dept.... I find that hard to believe as I have always been treated very well by Pat and others. Thanks Jason and Space Coast Harley!

They have a lot of bikes and are motivated to sell but the sales staff is horrible. They talked to me for hours about a Road Glide on the floor that I wanted. We agreed to a price and then at the last second they said that they accidentally put down the wrong VIN number and I was actually buying a different bike across the floor that we had not looked at. I walked over to the bike and it already had 34 miles on it add when I started the bike it had pretty bad engine ping sound already. There was dirt on all the foot pegs and minor scratches on the saddlebags. They were basically trying to pawn the floor test ride bike off on me to get rid of it. I personally recommend Daytona Harley. I have yet to meet a rude employee at Daytona, but I have never bought a bike there either.
