Came all the way to Melbourne from Miami. Was planning on purchasing a 2014 Polaris Ranger XP 900 Titanium LE pre-owned. I was going to trade in a 2014 Yamaha Jetski, I had already negotiated a deal with Lou a salesman at the dealership over the phone. We agreed to the trade in value and total price of the Ranger at the end of the transaction, after getting the financing on my own a check was going to be sent to me. I offered to put a deposit down to pick up the Ranger the next weekend, I was told they couldnt hold bikes. I told them that I could then give them a letter from my credit union with information on the amount of a check that i would be sending them at a later time, and this was approved by the manager Matt as a method to trade in and complete the process. Mechanic and Manager looked over the jetski I would be trading and everything was going well, when i showed them the paperwork from the credit union the manager backed out after previously approving the paperwork already. Making me drive 4 hours from Miami to Melbourne after multiple calls to negotiate the deal during the week for no reason. While upset I wasnt completely discouraged so I pick up my check from my credit union and call the dealer they say the bike was sold and no longer available. My fiance then calls the same dealer asking about the bike as I had my heart set on it and the dealer tells her the bike is available and no one has a deposit placed to hold the bike. After finding this out I call Lou the sales associate I dealt with earlier and told him Id be willing to drive up immediately, he told me he would speak to the manger and call me back, but this never happened. Overall this was a terrible experience the employees work on their own opinion of the customers and reject anybody they dont care to deal with, unprofessional conduct and just rude behavior from sales staff and the manager, 0/10 would not recommend.

Ive been taking my non-Honda here for ages. Mark in the service department is wonderful as is Chris the service manager. Both are very knowledgeable and Mark is an aces mechanic as far as Im concerned. Today I traded my bike for a pre-owned Honda and the great experience continued. "Spikey" Mike dealt with me for at least a week through email before I even stepped foot on the lot. Whereas many dealers (my experience) just use the net to get you in, Mike told me background on the bike I was considering, answered all my questions and even gave me some ball park numbers on my trade and the new bike. I got there this morning and everyone is always friendly whether they know me or not. Mike and I worked out final numbers, answered all my questions and in relatively short time - I was on the rode on my new (but not new) pre-owned bike. Whether youre looking for a competent service department that actually talks to you or looking for another motorcycle - trust me - you need to get there and see what they can do for you. Thanks today to Tony (GM) who I met, Chris always with a smile, Mark the same - and Mike of course for making it all happen. And NO, I do not work there! June 20 2017 Ive now purchased two pre-owned bikes here and taken everything Ive owned from a Suzi Bergman to a Honda Shadow to my current Yamaha 950 for service. In fact I was just there today at their new location on US1. As always I asked for Mark having complete faith in his abilities and honesty and I was not disappointed. Important to me as I am not mechanically inclined in the least. Welcome R.J. the new service manager and trust me, he knows his stuff. Very courteous, explained everything Mark would be checking out. Honestly I couldnt be happier with the service Ive received over the years and today was no different. Whether another pre-owned bike or service on whatever I have - Ill be back. Thanks everyone.

I went into the dealership a couple of weeks back after having seen an ad listed online for a Suzuki GSX-R600. My wife and I reviewed the bike and decided it looked to be in good condition and went on to inquire about finance and so forth. Knowing my own USA credit record is practically non-existent I had to rely on my wife to co-sign should we have gone ahead with the deal. That being said, this did not exactly make me comfortable and I wanted a full break-down of the total costs and repayments before making up my mind. It took a while and two sales people, but eventually I got a break-down of the costs. Truthfully some where absolutely laughable while others where extremely vague estimates. Allow me to explain. There was an additional $500 fee for "maintenance to the vehicle" that they added to the price and they claimed it wasnt added to the list price initially so that "more inexperienced riders such as women, could see exactly what work had been done to the bike before buying it." I kid you not, this was really the explanation. It all came across as extremely wishy-washy and upon reviewing the photographs online of the bike before the $500 worth of work was done, it became clear these charges where complete BS as the work they claimed had been done clearly had not. In a text message the following day the salesman went so far as to ask if I would be more inclined to buy if these charges simply fell away. Lending even more credence to the fact that they where complete hogwash to begin with. Added to all this the constant pressuring to buy, buy, buy was unbelievable, but I guess that is how they choose to do business. It just wont be with me.

I got attacked by a salesman.. not literally, but good lord, Ive never been pushed so hard in my life. I wont mention his name but after I asked a few basic questions as its first bike Im looking for, he continued to fish for answers to questions I had ALREADY made it very clear I wasnt ready to answer. I told him, right off the bat, I am not ready to spit ball numbers yet I just feeling the bikes out, yes, I will be buying a Honda but I am several weeks from having my financial ducks in a row to make the purchase. I told him calmly and kindly, thank you for your help, Im going to browse with my wife now. He followed me aro7nd the store like a sick puppy. Asking my name and phone number which I Gave reluctantly... he then told me his sales manager is having a fit because of low sales during labor day weekend... I dont care.... thats poor sales tactic, very off putting to be honest. I told him, ok, well we arent ready and we will look for a bit and he continued to stalk us, wanting to tell me about every bike I looked at. I felt uncomfortable as hell, my wife wanted to leave and we hadnt even finished looking. Aside from that, the shop was beautiful, neat, well laid out and great selection. Top tier dealership so they can have priority to new bikes for faster service. Unlike champion, although, champion sales guy left me alone the first time I asked lol. As I we walked out, the sales guy was wait8ng near the door.. he followed me out talking and telling me a story of something, I cant remember.... anyway.... sales team, in the future, ease up please...
