I took my zx6r there to be inspected a couple years ago and they held onto it for over a week before I came by to be told that they would not inspect my bike (the tail light was illegal which is true and they claimed that the front turn signals have to have a white bulb and an amber lens which is completely crap). Secondly, I had to go another time and get a new front tire and the parts department did not ask what size tire I had on there. They put a small tire on which changed the handling characteristics and caused me to crash while turning in an intersection. Finally, I decided today to give them one more chance. I am looking to purchase a z1000 and when I walked into the shop, there were no salesmen to be found. I did the whole look at the bike intently and show that I wanted someone to come up to me. One guy came in and stood towards the back of the showroom. He wasnt a customer because another gentleman came in and he welcomed him to the store. The employee saw me and walked to the back room. I waited for another five minutes and no one came out. I have had it with this shop. I will personally make sure that everyone I know will understand the poor performance of this shop and that money would be better spent elsewhere.

My husband and I went to get his bike inspected and ended up needing all sorts of extra wiring done. My invoice stated a price for "wiring". I leave the lot and notice that the riding light is out up front. We go back in and the guy says we will have to charge you for that. I am thinking "WHY?" I already paid to have the wiring fixed. Then the guy said well dont come back for inspection next year because your forks could cause me to lose my license. So anyone that has any type of extras on your bike DONT GO HERE for inspections. Dont go here period because you will never just get charged for your inspection AND your bike will never be done when they say it will be done. They will ALWAYS find something else you need fixed to charge you for.

So far so good. I called another dealer and was told 4 dreaded words "I dont have time" So I called Bob Traceys World of Cycles and talked to Kelly. She took her time and matched all of my internet pricing. I was so happy that I ordered a rear pack from her on the spot and she is working on new wheels and tires right now. I spent 650.00 dollars that day and with the wheels and tires I will be over 1000.00. Moral of the story is take you time becuase you never know who is going to buy and when. With service like this I will be back again and again.

I am from the Philadelphia area and was touring this area. On Saturday, August 1, I was having motorcycle problems and when I called their service dept I was told they were 3-4 weeks out with work and could not check out my motorcycle. I had to have my bike trailered 325 miles back home! What kind of a dealer leaves a "traveler" stranded ... this one did!! Anyone I spoke to had never heard of a dealer not helping a traveler to get back on the road!

I attempted to purchase a new 2013 Yamaha Grizzly 450 EPS ATV and found the experience to be pretty humiliating. I had already priced the same unit at two other dealers out of the area and this dealership was the highest of the three. Since this dealer is within 5 miles of my home I tried to negotiate price to something close my other two offers but I was told to go buy my Quad somewhere else. Consequently I did and am very happy with my purchase.

So ANNOYED WITH THEM RIGHT NOW. Service Department told me to bring my bike in friday for services and I would have it back within a couple hours. Dropped it off this morning, 7 hours ago. Just called to see what the situation was and they told me they did not even get it into the shop today and it wouldnt be done till monday. There was no mention of them being backed up or anything when I dropped it off. Terrible customer service!!

I ordered parts from them, after being on hold for almost an hour the day I ordered them. I was told 5-7 business days for the parts. I call back in 5-7 days, sit on hold for almost 2 hours, only to find out the parts were not ordered for 3 days after I ordered them in person at the store. This is horrible customer service. They dont answer the phone and wont order your parts till they feel like it. Dont waste your money here.

They really need to not only change hour of operation on their website but also here on the google search. On google search it said they were open on Tuesday so I thought why waste my time going to there website when it says right here they are open. Well to my dismay I drove down there and they were closed. So I was like what the heck. You get the point. That really sucked. Just like the people who work there. The End!

Went in just to look around and see my options and dealt with the most helpful salesman Ive ever talked to. In addition, they got me a great deal, a very pleasant non pushy experience. In addition to all of that the rest of the staff was always there to help and answer any question I needed answered. I highly recommend this shop for all your motorcycle needs!

Definitely not like the Bob Traceys it was, which is a good thing! Had parts in stock and changed both tires for half the price than a certain dealer up the road! Was in and out with no appointment needed..... I hated the place under the old ownership but think its turning around

Went in and bought a helmet, took a half hour to ring me out, they didnt have a upc or whatever and couldnt find them in system. While I waited I priced out parts, way too expensive. Ill go elsewhere.

Since Tracys is gone the new owner is doing everything to get your business. He has most of the helmets at 50% off. All Pro Motorsports took over in April. I see big things coming.

Bought my first motorcycle from Bob Tracey in 1973. It was a new Kawasaki 500. Total cost was $987.00. That was bike, taxes and license plate. Going back soon for another bike.
