Do not under any circumstances waste your time with this dealership unless you are retired and have plenty of extra time to waste. Because, that’s what West Hills Honda is best at, wasting your time. Ultimately the problem is due to the physical small size of the dealership in conjunction with their operating hours. Open: Monday (10AM-8PM), Tuesday (10AM-6PM), Closed Wednesday, Thursday (10AM to 8PM), Friday(10AM-5PM), WTF Saturday (9AM-2PM). If you are purchasing a motorcycle, you probably have a job that you need to go to. You probably also work the hours between 8am to 5pm. And you also probably live at least 30+ minutes away. So unless you take time off work, that leaves you with less than 3 hours on Monday, or 3 hours on Thursday and maybe 3 hours on Saturday. Dont bother showing up at this place at 9AM Saturday morning, they are either busy waking up or moving inventory in our out of this place or that and usually too busy to help customers until after 11 or so. So lets assume that you get off work a little early and head on over on a Monday or Thursday night, and they just happen to have the motorcycle you want (not usually, too small of an inventory) and you fill out the paperwork and manage to get it done by 8pm. Guess what, you will have to wait an undermined amount of time, days possibly even weeks until they can get around to preparing the bike and your schedule lines up with there silly operating hours to actually pick up you new toy. Great, you finally managed to pick your new motorcycle and you drive it around until it needs it s first service. Now the fun really begins, you have to make arrangements for a truck or for someone to follow you over to the dealership during the 9 hours a week that they may be open for you. Only to find out that you can not drop off your bike to be serviced because you didnt make an appointment. So not only do you have to deal with the normal hassle of trying to get a motorcycle serviced, you have to work around your schedule, their silly store hours and do it with an appointment. An unbelievable, total, complete waste of time. I wouldnt be surprised to find out that this dealership is a front for some other shady goings-on. I really cant understand how they remain in business. If I had read a review like this one, I would have thought that maybe that person just had a bad experience. However, if you read the rest of the reviews about this dealership, you will see the same thing repeated over and over and over. SO... if you are actually taking the time to read these reviews, be smart and take your business elsewere.

was interested in a grom, who ever was the upper management is a real douchebag think his names josh. first time i talked to him went something like (me:do you guys have any honda groms in stock?) (them:yeah 1, 2017) (me:ok i dont think i can make it out there today ill try stopping by tomorrow) (them:yeah that would work if we were actually open tomorrow) ok cool you dont think "sorry sir we are closed on wednesdays" would be more appropriate? like im supposed to know you are arbitrarily closed 1 day in the middle of the week? anyway, i went through to try and put a down payment on it a few days later and because i have an out of state license (snowbird) they told me i could only pay in cash or through their financing. yeah dude im totally trying to scam you for a $3k mini bike with a 759 fico score. you caught me. the guy didnt even say bye he just hung up. theyll probably go under. [update] i got a call from possibly an owner or someone up there asking about my experience and after i told him the above story ^^ he said that never should have happened and there was no reason they shouldnt of been able to take a credit card in person. sounded like hes going to have a talk with this joe guy (i got his name wrong it wasnt josh) i already bought a 2015 grom from a different dealer but id imagine under different circumstances i would have had a better experience. my only advice is to try and not deal with this joe guy cause anyone else ive talked to from there was very nice and professional.

Ok, so heres my issue with this place. I just completed my purchase yesterday of a barely used sport bike. Maybe this is partially on me for not speaking up but nonetheless, why cant these places be honest. I came in Friday to check the bike out and the salesman I was to see was busy so another gentleman got the keys and we took a look. I told him I had spoken to Joe and told him what the price had to be max for this deal to even come close to fair but had not mentioned anything to the guy I was working with and he said immediately 4 grand out the door and I said YES! Next thing ya know, Joe is done and comes outside and says I can do the 3900 before fees you had mentioned. Well at this point I was up for what turned out being the sales managers offer but Joe was like you never said anything about out the door. I didnt speak up quick enough before Im being given figures for 3900 plus fees coming to 4399 exactly. Im annoyed because before mentioning any figures to the SALES MANAGER, he spouts out what was EXACTLY fair but wouldnt speak up to Joe when he came out saying 3900 before fees. It really kind of sucks to know in the back of your head that you overpayed by about $400 and the sales team wasnt honest enough to let it go for what they should have. The managers figure was just about exactly what the bike was worth as competitors are offering the same bike brand new for less or about the same. Come on WHH, wheres the honesty?!?!?

I worked here for almost 5 months in the service dept. Bought a quad and new bike for my son In my time of being employed there the management is complete garbage the owners are never involved in anything and leave one very unqualified and very unprofessional woman in charge . A 70 year old man I never said a word to got me canned and only worked when he wanted while the other tech was slammed with everything amazing tech too In the finally out I went to buy a crf450 to start racing again being a employee you get some kind of cut nope they tried 11percent after I spent 4k and worked for them sales and parts are great people along with Eric in service but uppermanagement needs a way over due cleaning and canned DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO GATTOS OR MCMAHONS FOR HONDA Kimberly love is the most sorry person I ever seen in charge of a shop

Mike and the guys in service are awesome. Theyre very down-to-earth and always willing to accommodate the customers needs. Ive been in a handful of times for various issues and they continue to be as helpful as possible. The mechanic even took some time to compliment my bike and explain everything that he fixed or would recommend taking a look at. Theyre not pushy, but remain very helpful. I would highly recommend West Hills Honda. Also, to the review complaining about West Hills hours... take a look at other bike shops in the area and youll see that West Hills hours are similar if not better than most shops.
