I havent bought a scooter from them yet, but I will be very soon! They are so nice and enthusiastic to help you with any questions you have as well as info you didnt even know that you need to know! They offer discounts for the motorcycle endorsement class, and they are willing to bundle scooter accessories for discounted prices. You can tell they truly care about not only running a good business, but also making sure you are happy and treated well. I came in on a Sunday recently when they were apparently closed (and I didnt know it). They politely smiled and said that the front door must have been accidentally left unlocked... but then proceeded to have a 20+ minute long chat with me about my potential scooter choice, my needs/desires, the process of getting a motorcycle endorsement and what to expect in the class, and more! They are so nice!

I purchase a Kymco Agility 50 and my brother-in-law purchased one as well. They are both great little scooters for around town. I have driven mine up to Sebastian State Park and Stuart from Vero Beach. Great trips! The owners are terrific with good customer service and helpful information. If I would do it again I would purchase the Agility 125 or 150 which would give you better cruising speed for around town. I might also add the service people are very knowledgeable as well. If you are thinking about purchasing a scooter- only go to Tropical Scooters.

Nice friendly service. I felt like they knew me as soon as I came in the door. I was given real solid advice on my scooter problems. They were close to closing and I had no idea they never gave me the impression that it was closing time ,they took their time taking care of me. I advise anyone looking to get themselves a scooter to come to this shop and buy a Kymco Scooter. Two years unlimited warranty on a new one. Sorry I usually dont plug people or products, but these guys are awesome!

Great people over @ Tropical Scooters. I bought a brand new Kymco Super 8 150cc & they were wonderful to deal with. Im from MA. & had to sell it because I needed to drain the carb before I left (I go down to see my mother every 4-6 months) Too much work. I picked-up a new Honda PCX 150 (fuel-injected) & no issues. Plus, Vero Beach is 40+ miles away. The Honda dealer is 3 miles from Palm City/Stuart. Dont hesitate to buy/service from them. Really good people.

Poor knowledge of the cars they sell. After 2 months of buying a car there , the car has giving me all kind of trouble, and it didnt even have a light bulb conection for the licence plate. Horrible to rate this place like this but again, their knowledge on the cars they sell is sad

Today i had my first repair/maintenance experience with Tropical Scooters - FANTASTIC!@! My 3yo Yamaha now runs, rides and handles like a new bike! And the owners are very congenial and easy to do business with! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
