if i could give this company zero stars i would. bought a of furniture from the big lots in spring, tx on sawdust road... i got it home and found the items COMPLETELY infested with roaches! not just a few... HUNDREDS! the managers of this store (john, scott and jasper) refused to work with me on this to get it out of my home (now infested with roaches). they also outright refused to give any contact information to speak with the district manager. to say the least, this is one of the worst companies ive ever dealt with. i will never return to a big lots location again.

Left the store very disappointed today. After spending an hour picking out everything I wanted I got to check out only to be told that they were sorry they couldnt sell me the pillow I had picked out for legal reasons, no further explanation was given. Then why was it out on the shelf??? I was further upset by the fact that my total would have been slightly over $50 and I would have gotten $10 off my purchase. No solution was offered to me other than to pick a different pillow. I left the store without making any purchase today... Not sure Ill return..

Towards the back of a large shopping area. It is a large store with easy to park clean parking lot. This store is clean and the shelter well-stocked. They were very helpful and carried a heavy item out to my car. I like it here and well be back again I recommend it to anyone

Shopped here once. We left a bag two weeks ago containing $35 of merchandise. We returned with a receipt and they verified that they had an overage of what we were missing. Our purchase was given to us. Kudos to Big Lots on Sawdust Road in Spring, Texas!!!

I honestly dont expect much from Big Lots; this one is okay, selection is sub par and prices are advertised to make you think they are cheap when they are often more expensive than competitors. Plus Im always waiting in a long line for check out.

Love this store! Customer service is excellent, they make you feel welcome. I love going for soaps, shampoo, beauty products. I find the biggest size for only $5! They have brand merchandise for half the price. Love the home decor.

Had a toy I had never seen even OK mine or in a "nicer" Store. Staff nice. That toy made her Christmas even though she received quite a few things that cost way more. I love finding these hidden gems.

Great selection, especially for garden. They have a wider variety than WalMart with decent quality pieces. I went for cheap hated pots, and was really impressed by the options!

Bought a few inexpensive items. 1 was broken. Detergent smelled like it was mixed with another brand. Very expensive holiday supplies. 1 cashier working on every visit.

We bought a dresser and a nightstand and they were INFESTED with roaches and covered in roach droppings when we opened the boxes!!!!!!! Ill absolutely NEVER go back!
