At a recent visit, someone from the Family Salon gave me her business card. I decided to call just now, but one of the digits in the number was unclear. I went to the stores website, but there was no Salon number, so I called the store number. Tried to follow the prompt, but no prompt for the Salon. So I tried the prompt for questions. The person was hard to hear and did not have a direct line to the Salon and did not have the number. She connected me with Customer Service who said the Salon was not yet open and said she would connect me to see if someone was there. Before I could ask her when the Salon opens or their direct line, she had already connected me. The Salon phone rang many times, but no answer and no voicemail! Lastly, the music while on hold was loud and grainy...added torture to torture. I had hoped for better at this store since the opening was impressive, but I suppose the magic has worn off and has gone back to being a regular "frog" of a Walmart. And dont even get me started on their "Cafe" Chiobani! Ugh! As a follow up, I tried calling one more time, everyone deserves a second chance, and reached an Associate by the name of Ashley. I commend her for being helpful, clear and articulate, and promising to come back on the line as soon as she got the information I needed. Now THAT is customer service! Give that lady a raise, she just saved you a customer!

Terrible customer service. Every time we go in and use the new scan as you go technology we are stopped at the register for a "random" check. They stop you while they rescan 15 items to see if you are trying to steal from the store. There has to be a better way than stopping customers at the register and embarrassing them in front of others. Also, the last trip we made was for $200 worth of groceries and the scanning function had some type of hiccup and did not recognize our scanner. After waiting for a manager, we were told the entire cart would have to be rerung. We left the cart where it was and walked out of the store. I tried to call in to complain to the store manager and was hung up on twice. So much for customer service. Utterly ridiculous!!!

This Wal-Mart is great! I never liked shopping in Wal-Mart because of how old food was and especially the customer service. This store is very high tech! It reminds me of Macys, HEB, Lowes and Best-Buy all in one. Its very comfortable in there. You actually have people who will help you without you even asking. The check-out is beyond fast! Hope to see more Wal-Marts like this in the future. And you will see a lot more clothes for all types of bodies. A lot of organic products from food to hair and face products as well. It is worth to shop at Wal-Mart now, plus its not far from my home.

If you walk into this Walmart and leave without what you wanted and then some youre not looking hard enough! All I can say is I hope overtime employees and Shoppers alike can keep this store in the condition it is in now. Only time will tell, but for now this will be the "Go To" Walmart for the wife and I. Being that this is a grand opening i expected the cleanliness and the fully stocked Shelves. But WOW.....Very much impressed, and enjoyed my shopping experience. I highly recommend anybody to check the store out!

Shiney new store, new tech, same spectacularly bad employees. Used the self scan, was selected for a "random quality check", I waited for two minutes while five employees carried on a conversation 20 feet away, I was curious if theyd notice me, nope. Left the store without completing my purchase, realized when I reached the car that I had forgotten my shopping bags, no worries, the cart was still sitting right where I left it.

Easy to see from Kuykendahl Road. Large clean parking lot easy to park. Wide spaces. A large customer outdoor pickup area appears to be covered. New store just opened about February 2017 large clean store. I like their New Concept store. It was my first time here. I will be back. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Give us a thumbs-up if you like these reviews.

cashier do not know her responsibilities towards customers she made me wait for 20 minutes because i got a presser washer that it was discounted price, 3 employees got involved in it i was not happy with her actions ,and i so the customer front of me had a problem with her too and so called (C S M ) No help also they do not fit there positions at this nice store.

Nice place. In Deli department poor service. Waited close to 4 minutes for help. Saw a young man in back goofing around with some ladies. He saw me standing there and still did not offer assistance. He looked at me twice. What looked like a manager finally came and called attention to an employee that was working in the kitchen area.

Terrible experience I go in to get my 3 tires installed. First of all they guy could not even start my car name Busch, It took 1 hour just to get my car on lift yu legit was lost! Than its been over 3 hours and my car still not done and best of all they scratch my brand new rim and Mykel try to blame it on Cruz! Crazy ! Never again

A new Walmart experience for the greater Tomball/Woodlands area. Beautiful store inside and out. The new self checkout system was neat and added a bit of fun to the drudgery of grocery shopping. The Chobani truck (inside shop not done yet) was surprisingly good. Try the Pico and yogurt, sounds weird but taste great.

This is the newest Walmart supercenter. The store is opening February 15. I have seen the inside of the store it is absolutely beautiful. You will be amazed by all of the new features. The store has a dedicated pick up area that is state-of-the-art. Cant wait for the store to be open to the public.

They are completely renovating, I swore this place off but had too stop . I can not believe the customer service and helpful and courteous employees. Total transformation. Way too go. Im shocked but very pleased. Ty Walmart for finally focusing on your customers.

This Walmart has the Tech Services department! Such a nice new feature to have inside Walmart, you can get your phone fixed while you shop!! They also have the ability to make military drop-tested cases with any photo/logo AWESOME!

If you need tire repair, run away from this place! I waited for almost 1 hour, the only customer in the auto care center! This was a failed repair they did last week! Ridiculous! I was told a new person did the previous work.

Scan and go, you can order your deli meat or cheese and then finish your shopping itll be ready for you to pick up on your way out. Lots of friendly Associates to help you find what you need.

Like the scan as you go shopping. However bit of an inconvenience at self checkout when you have a coupon. Not all the employees are trained on how to work computer for coupons.

It is definitely the most unique Walmart I have ever been to. With the immediate scanning and check out with the option to order groceries, they are going to do well.
