We were homeless and without a vehicle so we walked quite a bit. My husbands boots had holes in them by the time we asked for help. Westside Cares, the best assistance with a great caring staff, gave us 2 $20 vouchers. There were more restrictions on what they will let you get than there are items to get. We found some really great work boots for $40 but the tag was the wrong color so even after humiliting begging and being made to wait for almost an hour for a managers final decision. This was the most nonunderstanding, crappy staff I have encountered. This b×**#@ had a fat stack of twenties hanging out of her wallet that was already full of impressive credit cards and didnt even try to let us use $40 wotth of vochers for a much needed $39 item. The only goodwill there were a few of the employees who were embarrassed by the policies and that they couldnt be somehow circumvented.

This is a 100% pure for profit enterprise that gets free inventory through donations. Goodwill is in no way a charity as they were sold out many years ago. Whats puzzling is why most items found in this store are priced higher than what they originally sold for new and not donated. Youll pay double if not triple the price shopping here instead of simply shopping at Wal-Mart or the dollar store for the exact same items except theyre not used! Youll find staff extremely rude and most serving community service for local crimes theyve previously committed. Lines are long and not worth standing through.

went hereto get a cain for the homie. place has a freakin coffee shop in it filled with homeless people. lol smelled really good in here too, very clean look and helpful staff- directing us to the cain. it was a light metal cain with a sticky handle. the clothes racks were set up in many little circular islands instead of long rows, so it looked like they didnt have many possibilities of finding something dope. when yr local goodwill has a coffee shop in it, u know its gonna be picked over. its like a supermarket. the bourgeois-est thrift shoppe ever

Do not donate at this location!! They throw your stuff away. The guy in front of me donated a trailer full of stuff and they said take it to Bernie. I asked the guy who Bernie was and he said it was their trash compactor. When asked why they would take it to the trash compactor and not sell it. The young guy helping me said cause some stuff is not good enough to sell in their store. So beware before you spend all day thinking your doing good just to have it thrown away.

I love all Goodwill Stores but I love how this one has the Threads section in the back corner of the store. Its a section with brand names and current trends so that you dont have to dig through everything for hours to find the good stuff. I was a bit disappointed at the selection of shoes and purses. Besides that, the store is clean and spacious. I would recommend this store first if someone was looking for a nice Goodwill to shop at.

Not sure why some of these reviews are saying there are overpriced items. Wrong price maybe... just bought a gorgeous 100% wool Banana Republic sweater which had no stains, no tears, could have easily seen it at BR, well the tag said $3.99, but it rang up at $2.99. Only pricing issues I have seen at this Goodwill. Beautiful building, great staff. Love this Goodwill.

The Circle Goodwills clothing selectiom outshines many similar thrift stores. Its clothing selection is slightly more middle-class than its fellows, so often prices are a dollar or two higher than they would be for similar pieces in other stores. Like a previous commenter said, this Goodwill is more bourgeois than others, so supreme bargain-hunters should avoid it.

Not one penny goes to charity. Its nothing but a scam they are overpriced. And I will never shop at another Goodwill as long as I live. Where does the money go not to help anyone not one set did they give to charity. Now they do have places for handicapped people to work like slave labor at minimum wage. And do nothing for nobody but themselves.

I am in complete love with this Goodwill it is large enough to carry many of the things that I look for and clean. The dressing rooms were large enough to get in and out was a little hassle. There isnt that mildewy smell that I find that many thrift stores in this Goodwill glad I found it plus it is easy access with the bus stop right in front

Used to enjoy taking a drive from Denver worth our donations and spend some time browsing abs buying while enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee. Apparently no more. Was informed by the clerk that they only make coffee at certain times and they would be making some more in an hour. Sorry wont be back to support your mission.

The selection is that of any thrift store. But its full of junk as well. Lower the price on that mismatched and outdated worthless stuff to get it out of there. No one wants any of your 15 mismatched speakers that dont go to anything or an old VHS camera for $50. Put $1 on that junk and get it out of there.

A very nice, clean, and modern Goodwill retail store. You wont believe the deals on new socks at the front of the store. Clean restrooms. Ive only been here once, Im pretty sure if I visit again and had more time to look around, Id be upgrading to five stars.

Selection is pretty poor, clothes are organized based on color instead of size, not enough employees working the registers when a rush comes in, and quality is subpar for the prices listed.

It is the nicest Goodwill I have been to which includes other states. The people are very friendly. The selection always depends on demographics so rating does not include selection.

Probably the largest Goodwill store in the Springs. This place is a great location off the highway, having a cafe inside, and as all Goodwill stores boast, its quiet affordable.

I give this goodwill a five star. This is one of the biggest goodwill I have been to. It is clean and very well organized. The staff here are good at their job. Good Job.
