Used to love it until I got ripped off. Was told my purchase weighed twenty six pounds. Thought that was odd but wasnt til i got outside and saw it wrigjed about six pounds. Big big difference manager was so glad to tell me to go blow before he even knew what the issue was. I contacted corporaco and they responded, gave me the run around and finally deciding the $20 shouldnt require an executive decision after being kicked upstairs a couple of times. That was just so someone higher up could tell me to go.blow again. I donated about five or six hundred a year j until then and I was going to give them my mothers car but it went somewhere else and the Arc got my spring cleaning donation. I didnt want anything other than some consideration to begin with but i hope that $20 that they ripped me.off for was worth it because they already lost about four grand as a result. And now a bad review. They should have shown some kind of customer service the first three or four chances they had. And as far as that toad they call a manager, hes just a hater. He loved blowing me out before i could even state my concerns. Ten years ago he wouldnt have had that smirk when i walked away but sometimes its better to just move on. Lots of businesses like that in Denver these days

Everything was thrown into these large bins about 6 ft long by 5 ft wide and 3 feet deep. There were probably 12 bins. Nothing was organized. In a bin you could find jeans along with a shoe, 1 sheet, broken toys, a bike with no wheel, one towel, one lawn cushion, 2 pieces of silverware, one pair of very large jeans with holes so on. The bins wer full. If you like to dig this is your place. I was like what the heck? GO in only if you have time to rummage through the stuff. All the stuff I looked at was old and or used up. I think the bins were loaded with stuff that did not sell at the other goodwil stores. What do I know.? I suppose if one had the time you could find a key buy. There were people shopping. Most were waiting in line. There was not one person around to help on the floor. There were like 3 checkers and 3 long lines. There were signs written in Spanish with instructions on how to shop. I did not find the English written signs. I am sure they were around somewhere? There were no carts for stuff. This shopping experience was too much for me. I did not last but 10 minutes. I was out of there. This thrift experience was a joke.

I have came here multiple times with my family and cashiers are very nice but the staff on the floor and especially the store manager are rude. The store manager was disrespectful and rude to my husband. We tried to purchase a camping chair he over priced because he was unable to weight it. Then when we decided we didnt want it he told my husband to put it back himself. I dont know what manager thinks its OK to talk to any customer like that. The manager then became angry because we told him that we were going to report him. So he began to threaten my husband and called the cops. Then he told my husband "oh I bet you have warrants out". Which he does not so we waited for the cops. Who told us that we can just leave because we did nothing wrong. I will never go here again. This has been a horrible experience and I hope corporate makes some serious changes at this location.

Its like digging through your grandparents basement or attic. You never know what you will find. Yes, about 1/3 of the items are pretty much trash but you can find brand name clothes that have been barely warn - and depending on how much you buy, at 50 cents or less. This is a great place for anyone who is into re-purposing - whether it be arts, crafts, school projects, what ever. You need to be a "treasure hunter", not a "full service I have something specific in mind" type of shopper to truly appreciate the Goodwill Outlet World - aka The Pound Store!

I. Love. This. Place. Im a vintage reseller and I find the best clothing here. From 1950s dressed to 90s backpacks, if you search you will find. Yes, its intense. And bring gloves because you never know what will be in the bins. But if you can get over that musky smell and the hoards of people foaming at the mouth while a new row of bins are brought out, you will find some great things. And a bonus: the items at this store are "recycled" or trashed after they hit the floor here, so everything you buy is literally being saved from a landfill.

This place is the bees knees if you are competitive AND passionate about discovering hidden gems. The price is already outrageously low for soft lines (clothes and soft stuff) for $0.99/lb, but the pot is sweetened when you find out that other outlets are charging almost twice that! P.s. If you are an individual who likes to carelessly wield your elbows as weapons, well then, this is the right place for you

The hunt is all part of the thrill! But make sure you wear protective gloves because I ran across some sharp objects in my search. If you go, expect to spend hours digging! Worth it if you love too treasure hunt. Never know what you will find. Probably walk out with a shopping basket full and spend over 40 dollars. You pay by the pound.

This honestly was so much fun for me. I have never been to a goodwill outlet but I LOVED the experience. Next time I probably need gloves but that makes it so much more fun. I also was there at a time when they bring out the new bins, and boy does it get exciting, but I got a motorcycle lamp in the box, a little dusty but new for 2.50!!

I like the hunt. Got some good stuff, but spent more than I thought I would. They sell clothing and accessories linens, toys, etc. at .99 a pound. Books DVD, CD, .49 each and glassware for .59 each. There are just bins of miscellaneous mixed stuff. But you can still find nice things if you are willing to get dirty.

To be honest, the place was a little off-putting. A bunch of odd balls desperately rooting through unorganized bins mostly filled with junk. But I found some good stuff and when I checked out it was practically free. I cant give a bad rating to a place that sold me a sixty dollar pair of boots for $2.

Whatever you do....definitely wear a thick pair of gloves when rummaging through the blue bins. There will be broken glass or sharp pieces of wood, and you dont want to get stuck. Definitely can find alot of good stuff at good prices.

No security cameras are in the parking lot. Someone broke into my car here and I wont go back until goodwill puts some security into place. They told me this wasnt the first time.

You have to be in the right mindset to shop here. This is not a "Normal" goodwill store. Its just a shade higher than dumpster diving but you can find some great stuff.
