If I could rate a zero I would!! Just got done spending $567.12 at this store. My mom and I had 40% off punch card from already spending $200.00. We were told jewelry that is tagged yellow do not get the discount, which is fine. We picked out all of our items and made sure nothing was yellow. Got up to the counter to pay and Sandy, the manager, told me a necklace I picked out should have been marked yellow and she can not give me the 40% off. To be honest that was the one item I was most excited about. Sandy offered me 10% off the necklace after seeing how upset I was. I declined the 10%. I wanted to walk away from all of the items, but did not because the girl who helped us spent a lot of time with us and I didnt want to do that to her. I do however regret spending even 1 penny. I have a retail business and would never tell a customer that I will not honor the price it was tagged with. I have never been more furious at a retail store before and I will never go back! They have lost the potential of a very good customer. I hope it was worth it for $37.50!

I had picked out two items & asked if they would be willing to match price on a third item. They went to the manager to ask if they could. When they got back they had more than doubled the price on the two items I had already selected. Extremely unethical.
