Ok .... Ive been a regular shopper at the ARC since 2001, and I want to know: Did you all lose your minds?? Its the only explanation I can come up with, since all your changes, without exception, are STUPID. I have rarely seen a store so desperate to fail. I am in this store right now looking at a bunch of crappy Miche bags that you inexplicably priced at ... lol ... $75!! You understand these SAME bags dont sell for more than $25 on eBay, right? I used to be a big seller on eBay, and the OUTRAGEOUS new prices are nothing less than laughable. I mean seriously ... you get this stuff FOR FREE, there is no need to get greedy. It has been a very long time since eBay sellers could shop in an ARC for resale, so all youre doing is keeping poor people from having nice things. Is that your intent? Because thats what youre doing. It also makes me laugh that the people pricing the furniture have absolutely no idea what theyre doing, as they priced the crappy slide rocker at about 5x the price as the much nicer, much more antique chair in front of it. Again: Laughable pricing. I also am having trouble understanding the new, confusing register setup (and AGAIN, the junk you keep behind it like its not JUNK, which no one sees until theyre checking out

By far the best antique/retro thrift store shopping in the springs. However the pricing is higher than an actual antique store. The fact that these items are given to them for free and then they charge more than market price is ridiculous and insulting. Its obvious whoever is in charge of pricing has been watching too much antique roadshow. Ive complained multiple times as it didnt used to be this way. Its just change in the last few months. I can only assume upper management is putting pressure on the store to generate more money. Great employees, one somewhat rude manager. Overall the store is dirty, they have white painted dressing rooms that are atrocious. I didnt used to mind this as much bc its thrift store shopping but now that theyve hiked the prices they definitely need to step their game up.

This Arc is out of control...it is obvious from all the empty boxes that they have a huge theft problem. The merchandise is just jammed on the shelves without much thought. The prices are high, I dont know who is marking stuff, but you can tell they watch too much Antiques Road Show. Be careful of the carts, as they let ANY dog in, and between the dirty paws (and stuff) you could be bringing home a real treat to your own pet. They seem to ignore State laws for a sale..Ive taken to going to the Goodwill on Colorado ave as it is MUCH cleaner and the prices are better.

I have to admit I have found some pretty nice items pretty reasonably-priced, but on the other hand its dirty the shelves that hold dishes, pots and pans plastic bins so full of junk that you almost dont want to stick your hand in there to dig or go through it in fear of cutting yourself or creating an avalanche of breakables! This place is disfunctional and disorganized at the same time I really think they need to invest in some lysol or those airmatic dispensers through out the store it has a stagnant odor that sometimes its so strong that its nauseating.

Staff here..beyoJol RUDE & unpleasant!!! At closing time therye so aggrovated at last minute shoppers, litterally huffing & puffing, rolling their eyes & snappy remarks. One older shorter gentleman literally YELLED at me because i was trying to put the cloths i tried on back on the hangers. Next time ill just leave them in a pile on the floor the ungreatful snoude. On top of all this, their prices are INSANELY HIGH!! I saw an orignial pricetag for an item that was less expensive then the second-hand store price!! EFFIN REDICK!!

I like shopping at the ARC stores and do so as often as I can. However today I saw a sign at the curb in front of the store on Unitah and on the door saying "50 o/o off every Saturday". There were no explanation that only certain tags were fifty percent off. When I paid, I asked why my purchase was so high. The things I bought were because I thought they were discounted. I feel deceived.

I love the ARC thrift stores, but the Uintah location is filthy. The dressing rooms have handprints smeared on the walls and the floors are gross. The staff is surprisingly unfriendly at this location as well (except for the furniture guys in the back, those guys are awesome). Ill continue going to this location because it is the closest to me, but I am disappointed every time I visit.

This is my favorite ARC thrift store. Last time I got an authentic coach purse for $25 with the 50% saturday sale! Great selection and great deals! (I prefer ARC over goodwill. ARC has much more reasonable prices, more locations, and incredible sales!) SAT is 50% almost all tags and Mondays are Military days with 50% off almost all tags! Why shop at the mall anymore?....

The advertised a 50% off sale on Saturday. However they do not on certain colors offer 50% off and theres only two signs in the building that tell you about these colored tags that are not 50% off. And walking outside realizing that I did not on my receipt they do not give cash refunds the worst damn experience Ive ever had the stuff in there is disgusting and nasty

I love this store, Im addicted and I admit I have a problem. If you really like something just put it in the buggy, dont second guess yourself here! Watch the buggy too, one weekend a fellow tried to take my sons pick of the week out of our cart! Shopping is good, variety is great, treasure hunt each time I go!

Ive found the staff to be friendly. Ive gotten some good deals on senior day on clothing for my granddaughter. But some of the prices in clothing are ridiculously high making not even buying on half price days worth it. My son though was employed here once, and they treated him very unfairly.

The manager is very rude to customers as well as his coworkers. All the other workers were nice and helpful. I will be calling their Corporate Office Monday. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told that was him. We did get some decent buys though.

This ARC on Uintah is so filthy. We bought clothes for the family on two separate occasions and both tines we all broke out in a terrible rash, never figured out why. The second and final time we also found a used syringe

Excellent service. Great values, especially on half price days. Sometimes the lines are long to check out, but the music they play is super, so just chill out or dance while waiting. Its a fun experience.

It is simply poorly designed I always feel bad for the lady by the front door yelling down to people for them to go to her register, also I always have a hard time getting a tiny and gross dressing room.
