I have been shopping at Goodwill since 1995, I have even worked for Goodwill, this store used to be beautiful, clean floors, clean dressing rooms and lots of things to choose from. The last couple of years this store has become a pig sty, the floors are filthy, the dressing rooms are beyond nasty, they havent been painted in years, the employees never clean the floors in the dressing rooms, if you drop something it come up covered in dust and lint. The bathrooms are the worst, trash baskets full of used toilet paper, floors covered in used paper towels with that trash bin overflowing, water on the floor in front of the sink, the floors filthy, no place to hang your purse, because there are no hooks in the stalls and you do not want to sit in on the floor. When you walk in the smell almost bowels you over, put some air freshener in the entry, please! I am very disappointed in the way this store in run and kept up, it upsets me to see the way it is now. I still shop there and donate there as well, but it is getting harder and harder. The cashiers are friendly and do a good job, but they could really use some backup when the lines get long, they rarely call for back up and I very seldom see a manager unless she is called to the front. Hope somebody from Goodwill reads this and makes some changes very soon.

This place is ruined by all of the resllers attacking the z-racks when they bring them out. They attack them like a bunch of vultures - It makes me sick!!!! They literally wait in the back of the store and when a fresh rack is being pushed out they attack it while its being pushed by the employee. They are all pretty much of Spanish decent. UPDATE - now there is what appears to be a transgender Asian that hangs out, and an obnoxious African American lady in a bad blonde wig that do the same. NEW UPDATE - apparently management has put a stop to the aggressive shoppers attacking the fresh z-racks. Now the buzzards must wait for the items to be put away on the display racks before they can attack. Hopefully the buzzards will go to another store and ruin it. NEWER UPDATE - Well that didnt last long. The buzzards have found a way to overcome the new policy. Try as management has they cant sit and babysit the z-racks. The buzzards have multiplied though. There are new ones including an odd Russian lady with blue eyes that looks like a blue eyed devil that seems to look through you into your soul.....its really something scary to encounter.

The middle-aged, White female assuming an "in-charge" position on July 6th is pathetic! She raised the price on a sofa sleeper to 80 from 60 dollars. Everything being 50-percent off, I offered $35. She told me theyd take our heads off, meaning decapitate the two of us if she discounted the price further, and informed me the price today was $40. I took the price tag off of another one of several sofa sleepers, each priced $60, and waited in a line the length of the store with the tag. I paid 50-percent of the tagged price, or $30 plus tax with twenties. The younger, Mexican woman operating the register kept my change, closing the register and started to ring up the next customer before I requested my change from her as she chatted in Spanish with another Mexican woman bagging merchandise. The blatant disrespect and discrimination in this store is so bad that I wont be donating to Good Will Stores or shopping there in the future.

When I went in there I usually go there just to buy baskets, I check of there is no tags on the baskets because when there is no tags its only 99 cents but if it has a tag it is like 1.99 so I found the baskets with no tags on them and I went to check out I told the lady that it has no tags so it should be 99 cents so then she told me she will get the manager. When the manager arrived I told him that it has no tags so its 99 cents, he looked at me and mean-mugged me and said in a rude voice 1.99, so then he just took the basket away and walked off, I asked him what was his name but he was walking away and he was saying I DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU! he yelled in the whole store I dont need to tell you, I have to say this is the worst management that a store can have, I wont recommend coming here at all, if there was a zero star rating I would put it as that.

Goodwill, huh, You should be ashamed of yourself. I bought a bag of jewelry for $100 and it was trash. Everything in it was trash. The employees steal the good stuff and over price the rest of the stuff. Considering your "non-profit" survives off donations you guys are idiots making customera like me angry. You could pay your employees $30 an hour with free health care for all members of their families and still have plenty left over to pad your high up execs pockets. They say,"if you bought this at tjmaxx it would cost". BS. Tjmaxx pays for their merchandise and its NEW. GOODWILL could charge $1 for every item they get for free and still pull in the dough.. Dollar tree does it everyday all year long and they pay for their inventory.. Be ashamed be ashamed goodwill my........

This store is full of the same people every day. They wait at the back of the store when new items come out and attack the racks before anyone can get to the good stuff. I heard from an employee that they go resell the items at the Denver flea market. Most of the employees play to these people, letting them know when the good items are coming out. It makes it impossible to get the stores selection. There needs to be a limit of purchase or something. It is not in the spirit of Goodwill to allow this to happen day in and day out. Especially when people can get hurt. I love this store, but I cant get around the fact that these dealers are so vicious and the store does nothing about it.

Awesome finds here! This is the biggest goodwill Ive ever been to. I got an awesome 7ft white leather couch in good shape for 40$ and plenty of gently used clothing for 3 bucks or less. Ive seen oriental rugs here that would retail for at least 600 going for around 100. Essentially its a treasure hunt. I took one star away though because thats how incredibly rude one of the employees was to me, for the most part the workers are sweet and very helpful, but this one middle aged Hispanic(?) woman was so nasty it went beyond unprofessional, seems like shes got some personal issues to take care of before she can find the stability within herself to help out the public.

What has happened to this Goodwill location?!!! In the past six months this store has gone downhill fast. Overpriced. Cantankerous, inconsiderate, unfriendly manager cant be bothered to answer a simple question. The shelves contain about a third less than they used to - some sections of the store look like a place going out-of-business - near empty shelves. This used to be one of the best Goodwill locations in Denver. I suggest they get new management. As stated by a previous customer: Some items cost more than what youd pay at Target or another retailer.
