I am all for Good Service and will post it when I receive it. My service experience today was horrible. I called and set an appointment for 11:35 am. I arrived at 11:35 am. I was told on the phone earlier that I would be next in line upon arrival and that as soon as a bay was open I would be next. I was also told that their goal was to have me in and out within 45 minutes. When I checked in there were two out of three bays open. I was told again that they would have me in and out in 45 minutes. I watched them pull two other cars into those empty bays. They completed all 3 cars and soon all three bays were back open. They pulled a truck into one and 2 guys started working on the truck. This gentleman had arrived at noon. At 12:25 pm. I went in and asked to have my car and that I would go to a different Discount tire. I was told that they had just taken the tire off and that I shouldnt be upset that they were running 5 minutes behind. I then watched the guy take my tire off. At 12:45 pm my car was completed and I was able to leave. In my calculation it wasnt 5 minutes it was 25 minutes extra time. I dont mind bad service if I am warned ahead of time that I will be getting bad service. Dont lie to my face so you can have my business. It is bad business.

I ordered some Yokohama tired online, which was quite easy, but from there on it was a total hassle. The confirmation email I received told me not to respond. After a week and a half I called to check on my tires, they seemed to have little to no info on my order. After "reordering", the guy said it would be another week to get those in. Argh! Another week later, no call, so I called again. Apparently they never ordered my tires! I could have hung up and went somewhere else, they said they would have them in two days, ok. I was called the next day, "We have your tires in.", great. I showed up, they ordered the wrong size. Come on! The gentleman offered a better tire for the same price, fine, just get me some tires. The third star is only for the free upgrade. Some WiFi would be nice.

Went to get my air in my tires checked. And Sergio was so helpful! I had my 3 kids with me and we were running late to my best friends moms memorial service. My back tire was so low and old that he couldnt fill it. So he checked for a used tire. They didnt have any in stock. He refused to let me leave with my 17yr old leaking tire. So i paid for just the 1 new one and by the time i was done paying he was already done with my tire. He knew we were in a hurry and had food in the back of the car for the memorial! He rocks and was very compassionate about my situation! He even shook my hand and sad his condolences. Amazing staff and very impressive customer service!

I went in with a bolt on my drivers side rear tire. I asked if they could fix it. A guy came out only to tell me its none reparable due to it being "technically" bald and proceeds to check my other tires. Always trying to up sell I had no reason to get new tires they are great. I went next door got an oil change both rear tire fixed for 25 dollars oh and my liquids topped off (come to find out I had no idea there was a nail in my rear passenger they fixed). Its unbelievable I could of ended up paying for a whole new tire. Pics are of said tire only not with bolt in but a week before.

My first bad experience with this company and Im disappointed. I brought in a single rim to have a tire put on and waited 45 min. Meanwhile I noticed some customers had come and gone already. I figured maybe they had an appointment. When I finally asked it came to light that they were done but the tire was just sitting in the back and forgotten about! Mind you there was several guys working and only 1 car in the bay! Disappointing. I would have given 1 star except the young technician who brought the tire out was very apologetic for their mistake.

Wow! Great Service! I am the owner of Ben Franklin Electric and I was totally impressed with this service. I was out running around in one of my vans today and had a flat right down the street. So I stopped in Discount and a employee name Jun was so helpful. I have been in the service business for over twenty years and today its really tough to find someone that is willing to go over and beyond. THANK YOU! JUN and discount tires. Went in there with a slow leak and the kids working there said they would fix it for free. Half hour later and no body tells me anything about my van all this other sails dude does is keep on trying to sell me new tires, then he tells me after I ask how much longer to plug my slow leak, 40 min longer. this is after I found the leak for them and marked it. slow and stupid and horrible service. I would have came back in the fall for a new set of tires but not anymore, not discount tire ever.

I came here to get my tire repaired from a nail puncture. They told me the nail did not penetrate through the tire but that my seal was broken. They said it was fixed and I left. The next day my tire was deflated. I went to the wheat ridge location and they fixed it and said they tested the tire with water to make sure the hole was fixed. Why was this not done at the federal location? It took two trips to fix one hole. Do it right the first time. Staff was nice though atborh locations.

Bought new tires from another discount tire in arvada, hit a curb, ruined my steel wheel. Called Diego to see if they could help me in a moments notice, no problem. Had to buy a new wheel which i new would happen, but this guy gave me a new tire even though i did not get the warranty a month prior. They put my spare back, bagged old wheel, great service, attitude, and fair price.

One of the best managers in any tire store in town.Brent is a straight shooting,no nonsense,knowledgable professional.This is not some guy trying to take your money.He truly strives for your satisfaction and safety.It is worth the drive to go here.This is how a quality business should be run.Best tire buying experience you can have.Oh,and great prices too.

Had an employee tell me, a non-native, that he doesnt like all the people moving to Denver. Sorry/Not sorry for spending time in your amazing city. There has been a line to wait in during both of my visits but its hard to avoid that. The waiting room could use more amenities like a reading materials or WiFi.

I had a bad flat an hour before needing to be across town for a meeting. Trent, Corbin and the nice guy in the shop whose name I didnt catch were awesome. They got me in right away, got my tire fixed up and got me on my way in time to get to my appointment. They were professional, courteous and helpful.
