PetSense has a limited selction of products, particularly in the way of "premium" foods- your only options for a good dog food are Wellness Core and Taste of the Wild, and even less than that for cats. Theres a woeful lack of bird and reptile items as well. However, all that can be bought online- the real call for concern I have is the dog training. I watched part of a training class, and the trainer (long brown hair, red cheeks, she looked rather young) had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. She referred to using a clicker as "teaches problem solving", which it does not, it is just used to mark a behavior. She suggested a client couldnt get a dog to sit because it was "too bored" and needed clicker training to better simulate it. Not only does that make no sense, but the dog wasnt sitting because the owner wasnt luring it correctly- a very obvious and simple mistake that the trainer somehow failed to pick up on. When I suggested the pet parent lure overhead rather than stepping into the dog, lo and behold- the dog sat... Honestly, if your trainer cannot teach "sit" to a very intelligent herding breed dog, she doesnt have business training at all.

I was told they had large crickets and after driving an hour to get to the location i found they had. 1 large cricket. Yes one. So I got small ones that were way over priced. .14 per cricket. Normal pet stores and bait shops are 5.00 per tube. At half a tube I was at 21.00. Not even half a tube. So I bet a full tube is near 50.00 dollars. They laughed and found it funny. I dont see them lasting robbing people like this. Buyer Beware...

Clayton groomed both of my dogs and he did a amazing job. Not only was he the best groomer they have ever been to he was also kind to them. Both of my dogs are older (12 and 13) and they didnt come home sore which means a lot to me considering one has arthritis in both hips. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for awesome, fast service!
