My 1 year old shepherd lab mix is crazy, but the groomers and all the employees take care of him with such patience! He loves going to the store for grooming and picking out his toys and treats! Thanks for giving me an enjoyable place to bring my crazy puppy!

This store is very nice as I did go there for rats but was informed that they no longer carry them due to aggression issues which is fine.The salespeople are nice and it is a nice store with beautiful fish which i love as I find aquariums to be soothing.

Went there for puppy training class and the instructor Kathy did a great job. Did puppy training classes 1 & 2. She worked very well w the diverse group of puppies! Employees are informative & helpful. Have a great selection of Kong toys!

The store has physically downsized and carry a lot less than their previous location. The store as a result stopped sell some items for turtles. Additionally, one employees didnt seem to know about what products the store stocks.

The kid working was afraid of all the animals claimed the ball python was aggressive. Would not even handle the ferrets claiming all but one bites. I left feeling like most of the pets there needed to be rescued.

Had insurance for pets and they refused to cancel when I fell on hard times and couldnt afford it anymore . No compassion for 2 legged animals. Put negative on my credit .
