Buyer Beware! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased furniture for my home. Couch dining room table. Couch is fine other then it comes in a box to be put together, but table came with chairs that were warped and didnt fit to table size. Contacted them to make them aware and ask for my money back, but to no avail. Apparently its exchange only . After looking through another catalog I found different chairs. Waited 4 weeks for them to arrive and guess what!? They arent the color that they were in the catalog. Called back to exchange them and was told that we couldnt. Basically sorry about your luck. Thats what you picked out. So, if you want a business who is not professional choose Simos. Any other furniture company would have returned or refunded the product. This guy will try to keep your money to any course. I really try to support small businesses but this is why people dont!

Really nice place and people. We were able to stop by get exactly what we were looking for. And the best part is they actually had it in stock. It was scheduled to be delivered the next day due to it being later in the evening when we got there. But something came up on our end and they were very understanding about it and held it a extra day for us. We got our chocolate brown sectional and ottoman also a area rug delivered today 8-11-17 we ordered it on 8-9-17. But like I said it was supposed to be here on 8/10 but because we had something come up it was held a day for us. We very much appreciate it. Will be doing more business with them again soon.

They where amazing I needed to surprise a girl who works for me, because she just moved into her new apartment and didnt even have a bed to sleep on. I called about 3 pm they helped me pick out some stuff, I live in Chicago mind you. He texted whats in sock. Priced it out gave me a discount and had it there by 5:30 same day. 2 and a half hour furniture service. These pizza people got some new competition. On a different note he sent me a text that the driver and him had, they had a real genuine care and involvement in the situation dont see many people who care if someone has to struggle or not, its nice to see chivalry is not dead.
