I had a wonderful experience with my delivery guys, they were early, courteous and just plain old nice and efficient. They were most professional! I wish they could deliver everything I ever order! The young man who sold me my furniture at the store was very attentive and nice and very caring and helpful and he had a sense of humor to match his smile! Customer Service and the fact that I bought my last furniture from Elgins 16 years ago brought me back! My furniture held up very nicely, I passed it on to my son and got my new stuff just so I could help my son out and what am really so appreciate of is the fact that I am now disabled and Elgin didnt deny me credit, they gave me double the amount than the other furniture stores that I went to would and am so happy that they still carry their own credit and have not sold out to these new companies!!! Thank you Elgins!!!! You are the best!!!

I have purchased furniture from Elgin since 2005, when I moved back home. I have alwyas had a great experince with them. Everyone is very friendly, professional and does their best to accommodate. Over the last few years i have been visiting the Euclid store. Its a great feeling when the employees know me by name and can have conversations with me like my other friends. It makes me feel like im not just another customer, Im a special one. I will continue to recommend Elgins to others, and shop with them first for my furniture needs.

My salesperson Phyllis was very sweet and knowledgeable about the furniture. She made sure I was satisfied with my furniture before any paper work for started on. I would also like to thank Mike and Christina (if I remembered their names). There was a situation with my apartment building that caused me not to get the couch I wanted and they were very understanding and helpful. I loved my experience the store was well organized and very clean. Phyllis was super sweet and made sure we understood financing every step of the way! The other staff members were nice too and nobody went without help. I would choose this location everytime I need new furniture. Go for it theyre awesome!!
