I would have given them zero stars but google doesnt let you do that. I am at a loss. I expected SO much more from Thomasville Furniture. My husband and I purchased bedroom furniture seven weeks ago. High quality, high price and we live far from the store so we paid an huge delivery fee. At the time we were happy to do so having confidence in the Thomasville brand and reputation. Boy were we mislead! Two weeks ago we received a call from the delivery service telling us to call back immediately to schedule our delivery. My husband did so only to find out it would be an additional week before delivery. The day before the delivery the store we ordered from then contacted us for the balance due on the furniture. Obviously we paid in full. Later that same day, we were contacted by the delivery company saying that they were only delivering one piece as the other was damaged in shipping. I called our sales person and was unable to reach anyone at the store who knew anything about the piece being damaged. I was assured a return call. The following morning the one piece was delivered by the service who told me they had only received the one piece two weeks ago!! I was shocked. I confirmed this with the shipping company, only one piece was received. I again called the store and spoke with a nice lady who assured me that I shouldnt have been charged for the damaged piece and she would have the manager call me as soon as possible. I have left 4 messages since this time and I have received nothing in return. We have one piece of furniture and they have payment in full for both and cannot even bother to contact us and let us know when we might be receiving the other. The store manager, our sales person, both could care less now that the sale was over. They made the sale, got their money and could care less about the customer. Buyer beware!!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!! It is a shame such beautiful furniture is so poorly represented on the front lines by their stores. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy from them again.

THIS IS NO LONGER A THOMASVILLE STORE. THEY ARE NOW CHB. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT CHB FURNITURE (Class Home Brands) on Phillips Highway!!! They will not stand by their mattresses and I had to buy a whole new mattress and no one would give me my money back!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! IF YOU WANT THE SAME QUALITY FURNITURE as Thomasville, but dont want to deal with crooks, go to the Thomasville Furniture Store at Town Center Mall next to Ethan Allen (previously Drexel Heritage). Ask for Tara! I LOVE the furniture here and they treat their customers the way they should be treated. Please do not confuse these two stores. They are owned by different people. DO NOT GO TO CHB Furniture (no longer able to use Thomasville name...hmm wonder why?) GO TO THOMASVILLE Furniture at Town Center! Mattresses: buyer beware! I bought a mattress from here and now Im stuck with it. The foam is too soft and it sinks in the middle very bad. Dont depend on the Sales Reps here to guide you in the right direction and sell you a quality mattress. They dont have a clue in the quality of their mattresses. And to their credit, they wouldnt know unless they have owned one themselves. The more you lie on the mattress, the more it sinks in the middle of the bed. Sure it came with a "15 yr warranty" but they replace it with the SAME exact mattress. Its been replaced once already, but the 2nd mattress is worse than the 1st. My other option is paying the difference (another $800+) in an upgraded version. But, who wants to do this when I have NO confidence in their mattress vendor??? Next time I buy a mattress Im going to a matress store that has 100% Money Back Guarantee like Mattress Giant. Although, I have enjoyed the rest of the furniture I bought from here, I will NEVER buy another mattress from Thomasville again. Ever!

ZERO STARS!!! NEVER BUY FROM Thomasville Furniture in Jacksonville, FL at the St. Johns Town Center!!!!!! WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD BUYING FURNITURE! We were promised our bedroom furniture would be delivered in 4-6 weeks; after 4 weeks, I called to get an update and was told it is now estimated to be delivered October 23rd! 16 WEEKS from purchase! Manager at this store is condescending, has poor work ethic, and horrible customer service. HORRIBLE--arguing with me!! I was told (by our sales person) to pretend im camping out until October by sleeping on a mattress on the floor. WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER? High priced furniture for what we thought was MADE IN AMERICA, when really its only assembled in America and actually made in China. Best part, when asked to cancel the order "sorry, we dont issue refunds"! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
