I was very impressed with Havertys! Mostly because we changed our mind after purchasing our living room set twice, once after it was already delivered. I was surprised to get all of my money back for each item including a couch that had been in our home over a week. Part of our order was back ordered so the part that came out was enough for us to know that this piece/set was not going to be right for us. Our sales consultant Harold was patient and understanding. We ended up picking out other pieces and after a month or so have been happy with what w got. I didnt expect the service from Harold and the support staff to be what it has been. The pricing was also very competitive given that we shopped all of the big furniture stores before deciding to buy from Havertys.

If "ZERO" stars were an option thats what I would rate them. I purchased 2 bedrooms sets and a dining room set. The bedroom set was delivered and was not see up properly. I ordered a full size bedroom set. When they came to my house to set up my furniture they put my full size bed on a Queen frame. The mattress had a foot gap to the footboard. They never returned to fix he problem. We had to purchase the full size frame at full price. Which cost me over $100. When we tried the full size frame it didnt fit. Called and spoke to the store manager Greg to see what they would do to help solve the problem. He told us to saw the ends off ourselves. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Havertys!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Our salesperson promised us it would be delivered at a certain time, then less than 24 hours before they said it was going to be delivered way before the agreed upon time slot (when I would not be home). I called customer service and was told they would "make it right" (we had taken all of our current bedroom furniture apart to clear the room) and that someone from the store would be in touch with me. Near closing I still hadnt received a call, so I called back. They said they were making it right by allowing me to reschedule the delivery for a week from now. I asked to speak with a manager, and she wouldnt speak with me. Definitely never going back.

We had such a wonderful experience here recently, buying several pieces of furniture. Our salesperson, Kathy Monahan, was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable on all furniture styles and design- she has a fine arts degree and it shows! She was very easy to work, thorough, and was prompt with follow up- sending a list of all items we discussed so we could review at home. We came in another time while she was out and also had the pleasure of working with Steve Meade- very helpful. The furniture quality is fantastic as are the prices. We will definitely shop here in the future.

I am very pleased with my experience at Havertys. Jimmie did an excellent job at making sure we were completely satisfied. This is after my wife and I changed our mind about an order that had already been delivered. Custom order at that. Jimmie bent over backwards to make sure we were happy even after we returned part of our order. Upholstered sectional: Custom fabric. Excellent quality and price. Extremely happy we chose to order through Havertys instead of the overpriced barn at the town center.

Ive bought from Havertys in the past as it is nice furniture (little expensive, but worth what you pay for it). A man greeted us; I told him what I was looking for; he explained the layout of the store, then told us he would send over "one of my sales people as soon as one is available because Im the manager." I guess it was more important that a sales person get his/her commission than for him to help a customer. Walked around the store but no one ever came to help us.

Great prices and our sales consultant, Gary Adams was very helpful in answering our questions. No pressure to purchase. We had been to several other retail stores and walked out of every one because of the staff and policies of the item we wanted to purchase. We found just what we were looking for at Havertys and it was delivered as scheduled. Highly recommend if youre looking for quality and no fuss shopping!

Prices are okay. We came to the store to time when they were very busy so Im not sure how helpful the staff was or wasnt but the quality of the furniture has suffered over the past five years my wife is one who notices and looks for dovetail joints. Will Havertys Furniture used to have them and now they dont its just like shopping at Ashley Furniture or Rooms To Go. Would not recommend them
