Security guard was rude and disrespectful, his name tag said Adrian (2-5-12). We heard the "store is now closed, please bring your selections to the front" announcement, my husband, mom, sister and I stood in a circle trying help my sister decide between two selections. The security guard walked up to us and said "Are you guys done shopping? You need to go to the front now, its time to go... you need to get up on out of here. You can come back 9 or 9:30 tomorrow morning when the store is open." He might have meant it as a joke, but last I checked you NEVER talk to paying customers this way, not to mention he doesnt even know when the store opens. I could understand if we were continuing to peruse the store, acting rowdy, laughing, yelling, children running around, but we werent, it was 4 adults quietly deciding on a blouse. He also interrupted our conversation, didnt bother to say excuse me. We could have actually made our choice faster, if he hadnt interrupted us. If it was me shopping alone, I would have spoken with the manager and left without buying anything, and explained it was because of the security guard, but it was more of a family outing. Its a nice store, but employees ruined the experience, once we reached the checkout counter the checkout reps chatted in Spanish with each other while they scanned our items.

I have always liked walmart but todays experience has left me wondering if its with it. Dropped off my car for a simple oil change. Only one car in front of me. I thought, this should be quick. Only takes me me 15-20 min when I do it so this should be even faster seeing how they have everything on hand. After waiting two hours for my simple oil change to be done they tell me the oil pan drain plug is threading out tight and probably stripped and they will be unable to do the oil change. Im not upset about them not taking the risk and not doing the service. What I am upset about is the time it took to even attempt to drain the oil. TWO hours is something that shouldve been discussed when I dropped it off at 9 am. Seeing how I usually do this myself I immediately went and picked up the oil and filter at Auto Zone to complete the oil change at home. Discovered there was NOTHING wrong with the drain plug. In fact they left the drain plug and oil filter so loose Im surprised I made it home with losing all my oil. Never Again will I walk into this walmart for Auto care.

The place in bigger than other Ross stores. The rest room was clean. It is a busy place. The employees are incompetent. I asked for assistance and got an attitude. The employes look at you as a big bother. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional, she did not give me a bag for my purchase. She can clearly see that I have two small kids. She has no common sense, how can I hold my purchases and the hands of my two kids? When I asked her for a bag she made me wait for it and didnt even put my items in it.

The store is clean. And something that I found extremely convenient is that everything is organized by categories. You wont find food containers with the knifes even though both items go in the kitchen. Its easier to find what your looking for. Employees are kind at a certain level, they welcome you as soon as you walk in the store and help you find whatever you need. Theyre not the nicest, sweet voice, and smiley people but come on its Ross.

Screaming kids, couldnt find clothes that fit in my size, clothes on the racks are dirty from being dropped on the floor and people walk on them and run over them with the carts. Hardly any room between racks for even a cart. You need to think of it as a step down from Walmart with defective products. Items there are there for a reason since the MFR doesnt want them back, they will make less money selling them anyway.

Could use some additional organization. Found lots of great deals. The security guard at the entrance was a bit intimidating when youre going shopping, but I guess its the how things are these days. Register moved fairly quickly, but cashiers were ultra pleasant. If looking for bargains its a great place.
