I usually dont do any review on the places but I have to this time. I love old navy for my kids, prices are good and I have 3 boys we leave a mile from this one at craig and clayton but I go and shop at the one in town square that is like 12 miles away why? Because they have a lot more for kids than this one. Las trip to town square I spend more than $300. On winter close just for my kids like a week ago to bad I didnt took them because. I have to exchange some sizes so I when to the old navy near me at Craig and from the beginning no service, nobody say hello I went straight to the kids area and babys are empty on the size that I need "empty" a big mees everywhere I look for help in the store and I found a guy that didnt help at all for all the stuff that I have to exage 6 pants and 1 shirt I just found 2 pants on the right size and to go and exange it was a long line like 10 people in front of me.the whole time that I was there like 40 min.not even once somebody ask me if I need help.I didnt did the exchange I prefer to drive 12 miles to the store that I know Im going to find what I need and much better costumer service.

Staff is always helpful. Clothes are always going on sale from one week to the next. They are always getting new items in the womens section. I get a lot of emails for discounts and super cash, which makes the prices drop super low. Although clothes can get every where due to consumers, I always see staff refolding clothes and reorganizing.

I put school clothes on hold for my daughter and they were the last ones in her size and they were gone before the day was out. The store is always a mess and no professionalism! Will NEVER shop here again!
