Not a ton of sales people around to help, but up front they were very nice and the cashier experience was quick and efficient. I like the variety of items that Ross offers and their prices are very good. You just have to go there frequently because inventory changes so often. A great place for household knick-knacks and kitchen where but again it depends on when you go

The woman running the fitting rooms wasnt there to take my number so I put it away myself (and the clothes I tried on) and then she came over and thought I was stealing and called loss prevention to follow me around the store. Made me pretty uncomfortable!

Lovely experience with some decent prices. Just know that if you go during a busy part of the day experiences with customer service will be limited. The cashier recently gave us a discount because my friend pointed out a stain too.

Nice and clean. The employees are very nice. But I went for shoes since I got good shoes last time I went. And this time it was very selective and not many choices. The clothes were great.

I like this Ross store because its probably the cleanest/neatest Ross Ive been too. I couldnt give it 5 stars because the dressing rooms are hot and a lot of them are missing hooks.
