The shoe running process is rediculous. Waited over 15 minutes for 1 pair of shoes. To not even be the same pair I requested. The employee didnt even explain they didnt have the shoe in Stock they just brought me a similar shoe. So went in circles with another employee. Process took way to long The sign says they close at 6pm on Sundays...if someone walks in at 5:55pm the doors should NOT be locked to prevent ppl from coming in. Not good customer service ..however after repeatedly knocking on the door after being stared at for 5 minutes from the inside the guy was nice enough to let me in to pick up shoes I had on hold. Had he nit just stared at me and ignored me I would of been in and out before 6pm. Wont shop there again!

I used to go into this location all the time to get clothes and shoes. Recently went into the location and had an experience with one of the female cashiers who made a completely inappropriate comment to my girlfriend and I. I didnt catch her name, unfortunately, but she had tattoos all over her hands and was skinny with dark hair. Anyways, the comment was extremely unprofessional and personally offensive. She knew I was offended and continued to stare at me rudely the rest of time we were in the store; which, granted, wasnt very long, but still it was offensive and pissed me off. As we were leaving she mockingly told us to have a goodnight. I will no longer shop at this location.

Cowtown or this Vans store. Staff is cool and they almost always have something on sale that i really want. Whether you have kids that need some decent clothes or you are an old ass dude that still views grown-ups with skepticism you will feel comfortable shopping here. Despite the neighborhood this is pretty close to a good old skate shop and pretty quick trip from rio vista.

It took a little while for anyone to acknowledge that I was there but once they did I found myself getting helped out by a few different people. All very friendly. The store its self was well kept too. It is a smaller vans store but still had decent selection. Will return.

I went shopping for shoes here and it was a good experience because the guy who helped me was friendly and inviting. So next time I need anything from vans Ill go to this store! Its a bit pricey but you should know that before you shop here.

Always get my vans from here since 2008 because their inventory never disappoints . The staff is awesome and always have been . oh and the $3 totes are price phenomenally so everytime I buy a couple pairs I always have to pitch in the tote.
