Nice, open floor plan with great, airy space. While other Old Navys have similar looks, for some reason this one resonates - its clean, shelves are impeccably stacked and folded, etc. In my younger years, I was into expensive clothes that only ended up falling apart after 6 months. Now Im not into labels - just quality and looks - and youll find it here. As with any other Old Navy, prices are very reasonable and selection is pretty good. Careful, if you sign up for their emails youll be blasted with up to 3 a day. However, you can find some awesome deals online or, if youre like me, find them online and try them on at the store. Ive also ordered online, something hasnt fit, and returned it here. Two negatives, 1: parking is a mess. Try to go on off times to save yourself the hassle of driving around over and over. It once took me 15 minutes to find a space. 2. The lines can be a hassle. It sometimes seems as though they dont prepare for a rush. All in all, a great place to shop for yourself, your kids, or even for a gift. Modern clothing keeps this place going after all of these years.

Everything in this store was HORRIBLE. I could see dust bunnies everywhere. The Fitting Room was Disgusting and Smelly. I could tell right of the bat that the Manager or Assistant Manager (Caucasian Women in Mid 20s) had favorites on the employees. I would ask questions about the clothes and get no respond back from the lady I was talking to that worked there. She kepted looking at me ugly like if I couldnt afford anything in the store. She would also ask me if I wanted to see if another store had my size, but she never came back. I just left and I do not recommend this store to anyone. Try the one at AZ Mills or Fashion Square. Much better service and cleaner floors.

I must say that Old Navy in general has really gone down hill. I remember shopping at ON back in the late 90s when it wasnt a household name. They used to have cool and interesting clothing and for the most part it was well made and well priced. Now the clothing they sell is uninteresting and poorly made with little to no consistency with quality and sizing. This particular store is no better or worse than any other location Ive been to as of late. Fair customer service, fair selection and bearable cleanliness; however not void of dust bunnies. I wish this store/company would get its act back together!

Had a guy that worked at the store tell me that the reason the two different jeans of the same style fit on me differently was because they were made cheap! Old Navy is like many stores and make Tall coustmers buy online raping them with shipping charges. What makes matters worse is that you cannot try them on as they dont have the Talls in the store so if you order a size that doesnt fit you have to send it back and you dont get your shipping back.

for me personally. The sizes they have in store other than the dresses are too small and all their sales do not include plus sizes. So you have to pay extra for those sizes online, you cant try them on before you buy them and you either have to spend a certain amount on things you buy for free shipping on clothes you arent sure will look right or you have to pay shipping and hope for the best.

This is one of my go to Old Navy stores. All the employees are really nice and are always willing to help me find what i am looking or my size. If they dont have my size then it gets shipped to my house for free. They recently remodeled so it has the current layout. The mens section got bigger and wider variety which is always good.

I always love the clothes I get at Old Navy, and they recently remodeled so it is beautiful inside. I always find something at Old Navy and as a plus sized woman that isnt always easy. But it all fits great!

Love their prices on the simple every day stuff. their service is just ok, they are not a WHBM or Chicos by any means by the staff is adequate. The prices can not be argued with though.

Its an Old Navy...not much more can be said. Parking is relatively horrible, but it always is in that shopping center. Go early for the best parking and smaller crowd.
