The staff has no idea about their own inventory. I was trying to find a pair of pants the other day, and they said they didnt have my size. After scouring the store I found 5 pairs of the size they said they didnt have. They were speechless. I bought a ring there for my wife a few years ago, and had lost the receipt for the care warranty. I explained to them my situation and they said I wasnt in the system, and that I would have to pay full price for any resizing or replacements of diamonds. They blamed it on the system, but two years later they still have that issue, and refuse to service under the warranty that "I didnt pay for"

Review for photo studio: I know studio photo shoots are no longer in style, but it was December and we werent going to take family pictures outside so we went to this studio. The studio and the photographer were better than I expected and I would recommend this place. The photographer had good poses for us and let us see the picture every time on her monitor so we could quickly fix bad smiles or weird spaces. We were able to get the perfect picture with just a couple of tries.

This has been great store to go to whenever we need anything. The store is clean and staff is willing to help with anything. It is hard to find some things sometimes and they do not carry a bunch of their inventory all of the time (like Sandys JCPenney), but it is awesome that you can order everything online and return the product if you dont like it. All in all, this JCP is great and would recommend to anyone.

If you have a "$10 off a $10 purchase" coupon, this is a great place to get kids clothes. It is overpriced if you dont bring coupons though. They usually have coupons on their website too that you can pull up in the store and show them on your phone.

This is my go to JC. We come here all the time. The only problem I have with this company is that they dont offer shopping carts with baby friendly seating. Sometimes I would love for my girl to be free from her stroller. That isnt an option here.

I went to buy a backpack and the sign said that it was $37 but when we were checking out it was 47$ and the backpacks that were 37$ were the smaller backpacks. I was highly disstisfied with my experience. Please clearly mark signs in the future.

I worked here the end of October of last year until January 2017. It was my first job and honestly the staff/ the girls that worked here are horribly rude!!! The supervisors definitely choose favorites. Worst job and experience ever

This store is well maintained and clean. Its close to a lot of other shops and restaurants - which makes it a nice place to shop. They have a fairly decent portrait studio we use often where weve had good results.

Okay store. Wish they had more of a variety for 3X clothing. All the nice clothes are 2X biggest. Then shen looking for 3X or bigger you got to go to the BIG & TALL SECTION and the clothes all look like D.I. haha

Yo, Ive only shopped here once and Im never shopping here again lol. Service is horrible and I had a cop follow me around for no reason that I can see. But its all good Ill stick to shopping anywhere else

Sort of what youd expect. Sad the discount code values were crushed by corporate, but everything seems to rotate through sales at some point. Clearance items pop up that make it worth the trip.

Not the best store for teenage girls, most of the clothes dont seem to fit or look just right. Overall an amazing store for service, cleanliness and location!

Clothing displays are disorganized and most sizes are 10+. Doesnt work when you ate a size 4 or 6.
