My uncle has been employed with this JCPenny store for the past 10 years. He works every holiday and horribly late hours. He has made the company a lot money especially by selling a lot of merchandise to his family (he has sold my father countless of dress shirts). Recently my uncle had to work Thanksgiving and Black Friday. On Black Friday some customer in line made a very rude vulgar comment to my uncle telling him to get his lazya&& back to work. My uncle responded with, "Excuse me?" My uncle was then dismissed by the manager and as he left many other people in line commented with their sympathies and that the other guy was a real "jerk". The next day my uncle was fired. This is actually quite infuriating to me and I know that I will never shop at any JCPenny again knowing that they endorse this kind of behavior, and I will encourage all I know to avoid shopping at JCPenny as well.

This store is your average JC Penneys and they always have good deals and sales on almost all of their clothing (Levis never seem to have sales, but thats normal). The store is a little old looking but its fairly well kept for being such a big store. Theyve got a great selection of clothes for men in their 20s, but no the other hand, the selection of clothes for women in their 20s is mediocre. So thats the biggest downside to me. Otherwise, like I said, great prices and your average JC Penneys, a great go to store.

Couldnt find the clothing section I was looking for and there werent any sales associates to be found. After waiting 15 minutes at the registers to ask where the big and tall section was I finally got the info. The big and tall selection is tiny compared to other locations. Ill pick another location in the future.

Had to go to saphora to pick up some make up for my girlfriend, sadly they were out of the 3 different items she wanted, but the extremely helpful sales rep found me a different brand that was similar to what she needed. The sales rep gets 5 stars but the store not having great stock gets 3 stars

We prefer the District location better (newer, 1 floor not 2, feels more open, cleaner, more organized), but you get the same stuff and the same prices here. I think having it attached to the mall makes it a little busier, so the checkout lines can get pretty long.

Great customer service, was not a hassle for them to exchange a pair of shoes even after we lost our receipt. These people are great! They were able to look up the purchase with our card number and they did not act bothered. H the extra time it took them at all.

This store was a mess. Racks are so close together you are unable to go through them. The racks are so full of clothes its difficult to look at anything. Shoe department had shoes all over the floor. I was so frustrated I chose t9 go elsewhere.

The prints this year on the womens clothing are not so wonderful, but the prices are still very good for what youre getting. Wish they would carry taller pants in stock.

Ive tried to shop at Ross for shirts but dont really do that anymore as its so sparse. You can count on JCPenney to have a great selection AND your size.
