Horrendous store! Just goes to show you that just because a store is in a nice neighborhood does not equate that it will be a good shopping experience. Who could ever justify paying these prices for clothing that is not higher quality? You would have to have a suspension of belief in order to pay those prices. The employees are horrible at customer service but what is really shocking is that the management at this location is ridiculous! Some of their items have obvious signs of being worn yet have a $60+ price tag, talk about scamming the consumer. You can get better quality items elsewhere, avoid this horrible store, bad customer service, prices, appeal.

Great place to shop & good prices. i really like this place and continue to shop here. one of the managers, jamie, is why i gave this place 3 stars. i needed to return something and i had the receipt. it was past the 90 days on the receipt and she said she WOULD allow me to return it still. after 5 minutes of pushing buttons on the register, she changed her mind and told me she can NOT accept the return anymore. the district manager ended up approving my return.

Great selection and decent prices. Unfortunately some of the shoes are not new and the staff refuses to discount or acknowledge it. Inspect your purchase before and be detailed.
