Took my son in the store yesterday to buy a birthday outfit he really likes the Rock Revival brand and we spend a great deal of money on that particular brand, as we walked in the store and looked around for about 15 minutes no one came to help no one offered to help in a few people walked past us so I took it offensively because two people that came in behind us was able to get help so it makes me wonder was it the color of my skin or did they not think I had money to buy when I spend a great deal on Rock Revival where theyre $190 for a pair of jeans and $110 for some shorts why cant we get help but it was fine we went to Scottsdale Fashion Square and we got all the help in the world so thanks for passing up the sale because we will not be back....

Will never shop at this Buckle again. This store has more people working in it than any other Buckle I have been to but no one will help you. This has happened on more than 1 occasion. Bought over $400 in jeans and when I had them altered two of them we altered so short that they are not wearable. I have always been a big Buckle supporter because of their service but will not shop at the Arrowhead store again. Stick with PV, Fashion Square, and Tempe Market Place for customer service.

I really love this store. The service is truely amazing. As a clueless guy trying to buy my highschool daughter clothes this place is the most helpful employees I have ever seen in a clothing store. Sure they are trying to make a sale but you can tell the first thing they want to do is find something you love then make the sale. I have even started shopping there myself. I actually call it the "Buckle shopping experience!" Be prepared to pay bit its absolutely worth it.

I went shopping there on Black Friday. my sales associate did everything she could to help me find a pair of jeans that I liked in the right size. When I was deciding between a $100 pair of jeans and a $50 pair of jeans she did not try to convince me to get the more expensive pair, she told me to just buy the pair that I wanted the most! An amazing experience and I cant wait to go back

I was incredibly surprised by the service and friendliness of the staff. There to help with sizes, sort the dressing room & offer suggestions. Really makes it easy to stay and shop a while when you feel comfortable. Not sure Ill get that service ever again. May have to go back.

For the price, I thought I was getting jeans that would last me forever. But after seemingly normal wear and tear, here I am just a couple years ago, with several holes in my $100 jeans. Save your money and go elsewhere.
