I have a love hate relation ship with Other Mothers. *Pros- `Big store with lots of selection if you are looking for tons of items. `They carry maternity here which I LOVE!! And its generally pretty cheap. `The Bell Location have a dressing room so you can try b4 u buy. `I lost my receipt from a purchase and since it was on a "gift card" they happily returned it for full price. `I have had a gift card for over a year, never used it. Went in 14 months to the date of getting it and the EXACT same amount that had orgininally been put on there, was there. Cons- `Big store, but ALWAYS a mess. :( Very unorganized in areas, especially where they have their "buying" section. They should also close this area off with a curtain or something so people arent snooping. `The people who work here arent very nice. I think its probably a hectic job, telling parents CONSTANTLY to watch their children, having to deal with customers who are angry... etc. But still. Smiling helps. lol all in all... I am on baby #2 right now (almost done cooking too haha), so I have been to these stores numerous times looking for the items I need before I bend 2-3Xs that much on a new one. Its my last baby, I dont need brand new... They out grow crap WAY too quick. I would give this store a try but, dont expect Babies R Us, it wont happen.

The place has a great concept but the staff on night shift is terrible. I had bought a lot of clothes from here and i noticed i was missing one piece out of a 3 pc and bought a jacket one size smaller. I came back and i noticed i didnt have the receipt. The lady at the register told me i had to go to the back and just pointed to the side. I had no idea where i was going other than "the back". I kept walking untill i saw someone eating and i said they told me i had to come to "the back" the girl seemed upset and said "yeah but not all the way here!" With a terrible attitude. I said i was sorry i didnt know where to go. Janica, the night manager came out and i explained the cituation. She seemed rushed and said i needed a receipt for the returns. I said i simply wanted a different size. She then told me " well i dont know if you stole this!". I felt so humiliated and insulted! I told her she should watch what she said to costumers because that was very insulting. . She them engaged in an argument to state her point that i "could have stolen the items" i will never ever come here again.

They get three stars for just how much they have, the variety that they have, and the price. I love coming here but the staff are the WORST! Theyre always rude I stopped going for 5 months due to how rude the staff was, came back and they have a completely new staff! All hate you and their job as much as the old staff. Besides the horrible staff, theyre remadoleing, so they only take 1box a day, and theyre not really taking anything right now. Every person that picked up was complaining about how little they took. If the staff didnt make me dread going theyd get 5stars. Im guessing the woman in charge manager or maybe owner makes the employees so rude and irritated , because Ive been coming here for 6 yrs and the staff are ALWAYS rude when you drop off items , and always talk down to you like your stupid when asking a question. I get a "omg" "seriously?" " its obviously a window curtain" When I had to ask the lady if the item in a bag was a shower curtain or a windows curtain. I wasnt sure I mean it was rapped up And in a plastic bag with nothing that specified what it was.

Ive been here many of times, as a single mother I know that they have good prices and large selection for a buyer, and love to bring in my boyss clothes knowing they would go to a deserving home. that being said-- i know they completely low ball your trade ins, as Ive done this a few times, and are more picky than Kid to Kid and offer way less.Yesterday, after moving, i dropped off more than 6 boxes of clothes and stuff, and came back to pick it up today-- when I did, I was informed that I wouldnt be able to receive cash for my "trades" and only store credit for $50-- this is ridiculous considering its over $50 worth of donation, and as I said Ive done this countless times with no problems. The rude attendants said nothing over the phone when I called and checked on the order, when I dropped off, and were so inconsiderate when I was unaware of this "new rule". They had no sign posting this update, no one acknowledged this when I dropped off. I will never go back, and feel sorry for any customers who have to keep enduring their rude staff and outlandish rules.

Been here many times before and like that its close to home. My wife and I dropped off a lot of clothes yesterday and was told we could come back next day about 3p. We usually do cash because we dont really need anything the store has to offer. Never had any problems before other than the staff is rude and short with you. Well today was our last day we will EVER go here. We came in to get our stuff which was enough to fill half a SUV. They wanted to give us $50 store credit and refused to pay cash due to a supposed new policy that they cant pay out cash unless one item paid $10 or more. We werent told when we dropped off the stuff that they changed their policies nor is it posted anywhere in the store. The staff all of sudden got VERY rude and sideways with us when we decided we wanted everything back to go to another store we know of. Maybe if we were informed before hand of changes neither of us would had wasted our time. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. The reviews are consistent with poor staff and shady dealings.

A Private User

A friend of mine saw the bags of clothing for little girls that I was giving away and said hey go to otherr mothers first and see if you can get anything before you give them to goodwill. I thought ok why not. Huge waste of time as I dropped of four bags of great looking clothes mostly guess and they offered me four dollars for 10 pieces of clothes and they were shorts! I had a lot of guess jean jackets and pants that were basically new and they didnt care! I would not waste my time again! Then when I picked up what I dropped off they were like we will give you four dollars for these items and if u want u can donate the others and we will sell them for .25 a piece and I was like no will give them to goodwill. They got mad as I didnt take their four dollars and took all those clothes to goodwill. I looked at their clothing and baby seats and such and umm no wont go there again. RIPOFF is what they are! Take your clothes to goodwill and give it to somone that can afford it as I saw nothing for .25 at other mothers.
