I have been using this shop for years, they are a little disorganized but overall they have always treated me great. I had forgotten to make a payment and when I called they told me that it was fine and that I would not forfeit my pawn. Their prices are not as bad as some people think and if you know what you are looking for and know what it cost you can usually talk them down to a reasonable price. Everything I have every gotten from them has worked and if there was a problem they have helped me with getting it fixed (either in house, out-sourced or by getting another item or store credit) this is what I expect when dealing with any business. Just know what you are willing to pay or take for your items and you will be fine. GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE!

I actually shop at pawn shops like yard sales. Just the average joe that loves to find deals you know. Yet my experience in this store was sad they are like a pack of blood thirsty wolves looking to salvage any bit of money you have from any direction. they would buy an 32 inch lcd tv from some one for under a 100.00 and sell it for 300.00 or up used knowing that the same tv in the actual store is the same price . they have poor customer service skills if you are buying something and i feel so bad for people that have to sell them things because they will treat them like pheasants and cheat them in their hard times

I will never do business here again. I was "advised" to wait. I waited over 15 minutes before I was seen to, then greeted with "what do you want today?". Very unprofessional. I heard them tell people that they refuse to give the correct pawn percentage on items because "there is a low probability you will come back for it". Another way to try and nickle and dime individuals. I ended up walking out without completing by business. Enter this ghetto at your own risk!

My first experience with this pawn shop was great.I came in wanting to purchase a laptop,I didnt want a specific model but wanted pretty good specs.I saw they had quite a few and decided to check them out.I picked one out and they even dropped the price on it.The laptop looks,feels,and functions as if it were brand new.I definitely will be returning to this pawn shop for other electronic gems they could possibly have.

They gave me back my tv broke not in the same condition when I pawned it .they was really rude and said I was the one playing games. If it was broke ?they would not had took it in the first place .I went home and my button was broke .they will just take your money give u your belongings back not in the same condition after dealing with them for 9 yrs .I will never take anything else back there again

I totally disagree with the service comment - I have bought from them for quite some time and always found them to be helpful and very honest. I have always dealt with Kevin. I recently sold some old broken gold and was given what i considered top dollar. Everything I have ever purchased from tools, jewelry, cameras to computers have always been well worth what i paid and of good quality.
