They have good selections.Alright prices but is always full of drug addicts outside and theyll never give you a deal on anything you pawn or sell.There so dam greedy is ridiculous its not worth taking any of your items there cause your gonna get treated like an addict who needs money to get high

Just called them about getting a loan for my 8250w storm defender generator. They had me on hold for over 10mins then said sorry cant give you an estimate over the phone but answered the call like they forgot about me even being on hold. Very unprofessional I would not recommend.

As far as pawn shops go, I had a very pleasant experience with Pawn Plus in Reading. Ive visited their other stores in Lancaster & York and their store management teams have always been very polite and helpful with all of my transactions. They were very knowledgeable and fair.

They were able to help me get a loan on my jewelry. It was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. My only complaint was the wait time till someone was able to assist me but it was 4:50 on a Friday evening, and they offer check cashing.

Waste of time they allways try and con you out of ur money and into selling your items for way less then what they are worth. poor customer service long lines long waits and they charge extra to cash checks and pay phone bills.
