Would not recommend this place. The owners tried to pull the wool over my eyes. I have .94 carat diamond and its an i2 and they stated they would give me less than $200 for it. Im familiar with the industry and I know they could have sold it for well over $1,000 for it! I understand they need to make a profit however prices are not fair. Had they given a fair price I would be a returning customer because i have more pieces to sell. Will never sell any of my jewelry to them and will never return. Hope they like losing customers!

ROCKING EXPERIENCES. I have purchases two guitars from here. The prices and been great and I love going in and just looking around. No pressure to buy, friendly faces and hellos when ever i walk in. Its really nice to finally find a store that remembers how customer services was, is , and suppose to be. They listen, will explain any questions or concerns, and says Thank you at the end of your transaction. If you are killing time or looking for something new, give it a try. I am so glad I did. Excellent Pawn shop!!!! I bought a Apple mac book pro from Maurice. Not only was it fast and up to date, I got a really good deal. He saved me half of what i would of paid anywhere else. My first time ever in a pawn shop. Maurice and Mary-Kathryn were both very and friendly and honest. The store was very neat and clean. I brought my jewelry in to sell. They took their time, sorted through my items and they gave me a good price but I wasn’t sure so I left and shopped around to compare prices at other pawn shops. Whew what a difference! I quickly returned to Chesapeake Square Pawn and from now on im not going anywhere else because they are the best in the area.
