+JMJ Very reasonable pricing for bulk food items. As they were more conveniently located to me than the other two membership wholesale "clubs", I found myself shopping here at least every other week. The best buys for me were the fresh catfish and salmon filet. Other visits found me shopping for fresh flowers, bulk meat products, food for the pets. Additionally, I purchased quiet a few DVD movies. Loved that they had classics: John Wayne, Dragnet. BJs is smaller than Sams Club and Costco, but they met my purchasing needs. An even though they have self-service check-out, I actually preferred standing in line to wait for a cashier. They were always cordial.

Fantastic! We always enjoy going in. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable(if needed), the products are neat, the store is clean, the prices are great and it is never too crowded because the staff keep the check-outs moving. We go for big orders or small. Occasionally there is something that is more expensive here than at another big boxer, but not by much and if we went to the other one, we would have to wait in a line, miss seeing our favorite crew, and have a worse shopping experience overall. For our shopping dollar, BJs is the one. We have been members of other clubs, but this one is our absolute favorite. Keep us the great job, BJs!! We love ya!

I enjoy shopping at B.js compared to other clubs because its less crowded and hectic.... so I dont feel like there is a crowd that is going to knock me down! If you have little ones I would DEFINITELY recommend a membership with them.... there is a nice selection of diapers and infant/toddler items. I like that they still use coupons and have lot of good things on sale monthly, have self check out, and staff that is helpful, but I have NOT had good experiences buying "fresh" produce from there, so I have stopped purchasing that there but they do have a Great return policy and I have not had any issues when purchasing anything else from there.

Please train Sherrie at your member services desk not to be eating while serving customers. She had crumbs all over my Bjs card & receipt while boldly accusing me of scanning more coupons than listed items. She didnt apologize after realizing she was wrong and rather emphasized that "Bjs is really looking at receipts these days." And I wasnt even there for returns or refunds! How rude and unprofessional is that? As I walked away she was yelling at the next poor customer. She should NOT be a manager and definitely needs some training. Fortunately, I know you have other pleasant staff members.

Verizon Wireless Kiosk Derik Bell misled me on a Jetpak and when I tried it out and it accumulated 20 gigs over in a little over 11 days. Then when returning the Jetpak he kept me waiting around for 2 hours. 2nd instance as he got me on tablet earlier in year. Daniel Copeand with Diamond wireless, Deriks supervisor informed and apologized but Derik Bell purposely rude and unprofessional- my suggestion is got to Sprint save money and get better service. BJs Manager informed and was apologetic.

The store on a whole is great!!! We really love the deli department!! Always fresh! But I ordered a cake for my husband there the other day and the lady in the bakery department was very rude and nasty and you could tell she didnt want to work. I asked her if she was Jamaican because I heard it her tone and she answered yes.. Well that explained why she was so rude and nasty! Never again would I order anything from that department!!

This place is convenient for people that rides the public transportation to get too, very clean and sanitize, very nice and friendly staff they are always helpful has amazing discounts,they always have samples stations to try certain foods and drinks. This place is a all in one shop even down to the gas. I love this place.

Love all my experiences at BJs. Im 24 years old and my parents got me a membership to help by in bulk for my apartment lifestyle. The prices are great and everyone that works there is very friendly and resourceful. I also love their electronic/beer prices esepecially! I wont ever let my membership run out!

Great for shopping, poor on leadership standards for managers. Bakery manager mistreated my daughter and the senior managers were unwilling to reprimand or fire her. She is ghetto, vindictive and unprofessional. If your looking for a job and the bakery is hiring, DONT APPLY.

Not the usual sea of humanity you get at Costco & Sams. Cashiers are swift & effecient. I love the online ordering system, I just wish it could somehow include produce and cold items, but I understand thatd be logistically difficult to pull that off.

Great store. Like Costco or Sams Club, but BJs generally feels a little smaller. Its got stuff in bulk, but more use friendly sizes. Good service too--inexpensive memberships, and theyll refund them if you dont like it.

I have come to love BJs for their great prices, easy shopping and large selection of organic semi-bulk items. They offer great sizes too - not too much but still enough where youre buying bulk to save money.

One of the Largest varieties of organic food Ive seen at wholesale at a great price. Great pizza and nice when you wanna get in and out quickly and not wait in long lines like other clubs.

Loved product, prices and service but I couldnt stand the smell of the store. The smell was awful as soon as you entered the store and got worse towards the meat dept.

This is a great BJs, although there have been a few times where items were past their expiration date and still on the shelves. But they have a great return policy

We dont have BJs where I live so this was my first experience. I went with a friend we were visiting. It was pretty nice. Pretty much like costco.

Competitive prices. They also mail out a coupon book to members and have club coupons at the door. Regular Sunday paper coupons are also accepted.
