I called to see if they stocked a dremel tile cutting bit. The person who answered the phone didnt even identify the business, just "Hello.." When I tried 4 or 5 different ways to ask for it, but she couldnt understand me.. (I think english wasnt her native language.) I asked to speak to somebody from the tools department, and she said "please wait" and then hung up on me.

Would have to agree with the poster above I called the store to ask for d rings & if they had anything I could hang up pictures with and such. She said I dont know you will have to come into the store and then quickly hung up the phone. Customer service could be more polite.

Horrible experience got keys made they didnt work took them back the Asian lady aact like I was lying. She through my money on the counter very disrespectful and not professional. Will nvr do business in that store. They deserve a zero losers
