I owned a pair of 1992 hedge clippers and I had gotten great mileage out of them. But it just seemed like I wasnt getting the same clipping economy that I used to. I brought them into the Dublin hardware store to get the edges tuned up. The young man in the store took the time to show me the value of purchasing one of the new models and clearly demonstrated the superior handling over my 92 shears. In the long run, I found a whole lot more value in purchasing new rather than dumping money into fixing something that wasnt going to be a sound investment. Im so happy that young man was really on the cutting edge of things and sharpened my knowledge of the newest in clipper technology. I will be returning for all of my preventative maintenance needs.

I get a phone call telling me a window screen in for repair was done. Ok I ask how much and what time are you open untill today? The man tells me the amount and that there open untill 6pm. So I leave work at 5 swing by there(going out if the way to my house) standing at the front door of the store at 5:40 while calling the store and their closed! I get it really, its only a window screen but how do you run a business like that?? First and last time I deal with dublin hardware
