Had a house key copy made there and when I got home it did not work. I had to drive all the way back out there and returned it - didnt want to have to drive back out a 3rd time if they did it wrong again. These things happen but no one so much as apologized for my inconvenience, from the clerk to the manager to the person who cut they key. They all just said oh well. If someone had actually just pretended they cared and said they were sorry I would not have rated this store so poorly. Safe to say I will never be back for any reason.

Great store even if you need help or are not familiar with tools, they always have somebody there that can help you pick out what you need and even explain how to do the work yourself if thats the route you want to go, its a small family-owned store thats been there forever, the people are very nice and like I said they will go way out of their way to help you with any questions that you may have.
