Rude cashier. Rude manager. Would not authorize an exchange of an unopened product for an upgrade of the same product, because the receipt was over 90 days. Product was unopened, brand new and selling "on sale" today for the same price I paid 110 days ago. They refuse to help you as well if you have no receipt. They refuse to look up your purchase with your credit card.

High quality tools at rock bottom prices. When I slip up and try the big box stores without checking HFT its like flushing money down the toilet. I love this store. If you have a question ask for Omar. He knows it all.
