I cannot say enough great things about this store. All the employees really make you feel welcome and work hard to help you with whatever you need. The manager is super friendly and helpful, as well as all of the employees I encountered. One in particular is the reason I will be returning for all of my pet needs in the future. His name is Justin, and he helped me more than I could have even imagined. Im a new reptile owner and have solely been learning from the Internet, which can be not so helpful for specific things. I came in tonight in a panic, very worried about my baby and he was very patient with me and spent a lot of time really helping me understand all the things I had confusion on. Not to mention it was almost closing time and he did not make me feel rushed at all or act irritated by all of my spazzy, anxious rambling. He was so knowledgeable and has a serious passion for animals. I left with a much larger understanding of my animals, and he put all of my worries to rest. Also I felt like he wasnt so much concerned with just getting my business but really just wanted to help ♡ A+++++ petsmart. I grew a huge appreciation for your company tonight that I did not have prior and I will be recommending this store in particular to anyone looking for anything animal related.

Ive been enjoying PetSmart for a number of years. The store has a good wide range of products and services. Some of the staff I have gotten to know quite well and come to look forward to seeing them in the store when I go shopping. One male employee went out of his way to help me put together a 20 gallon fish aquarium stand. Talk about good customer service.

They have a variety of pet food, habitats, products for your mammal, fowl, reptile etc...in our small community you can deck out your animal in designer digs or stick with the basics. The groomers are kind, efficient and very accomplished at grooming our schnauzers. It can be a little pricey depending upon your grooming level needs.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! We even got a great tip from the cashier about an upcoming concert. The only drawback is that the prices are a few dollars higher for bags of dog food than other stores. This store is close to my home and has great staff so we dont mind spending the extra money.

Awesome, I shopped for grooming supplies and was given detailed information on hair clippers and nail trimmers. When we got dog food an employee with cart offered to take the bag to the register and waited until we checked out, then took it to our car. Very pleased with the service.

Over priced and not a good selection on the bags of food, I had a coupon for a 8 oz bg & of course the only had 4 or 14 and nope they wouldnt combine the two 4oz bag to make 8 :) and some of the staff are just rude not welcoming at all

I used to get all my fish from there but over the last year the fish department has fallen below their usual standards. Every time I go in now not only to I have to wait too long to be served the quality of their tanks is sub par.

The only complaint I have is when youre looking for a specific item and youre looking all over, and an employee will show you where theyre at. You ask why the aisle signs dont tell you that thats where to look.

It has what I need for for my pets. Dogs, cats, birds and reptiles not to mention the guinea pigs and hamsters. Big box store. Lots of brands. Friendly helpful staff. Also have a groomer.
