I came in from a road trip to get dog and cat food. They didnt have what I normally get but the lady helping me (unfortunate didnt catch her name) actually took the time to find something comparable. Reading pet food labels can be a bit overwhelming so Im glad she was there! You normally dont get that kind of customer service in larger chain stores. Honey and Clover thank you too!

Terrible customer service, DO NOT GO HERE. They didnt carry our dog food so we purchased a bag of what they recommended. Our dog, who has always been healthy, got sick immediately and his lymph nodes swelled up. They wouldnt take the food back, or even give us a partial credit. Worst customer service, not sure how this place stays in business.
