We have gone here for over 10 years and were nothing but satisfied, they get a new owner and within one week we will never go there again, on Saturday we bought an iguana (our second and 5th reptile overall) we took it back alive on Monday and said it was sick we were told it was fine we took it back again Tuesday dead and were told it was our fault and we didnt know how to care for animals, no store credit, no refund, no replacement, I hope the new owners realize the customers that are used to the great service we received in the past will not put up with their garbage for long. Good luck replacing thousands of dollars we gave your store every year new owners.....

Super friendly and a good selection of tarantulas. The tarantula enclosures were a bit too big for their size and they didnt seem to have any hiding spots that small tarantulas require, but the enclosures are better than some other pet stores.
