I dont know whats happened to this company in the last 10 years but it has really gone down the tubes...... Heres my rant 1 they did away with my 20 years of dealer account 2 it took forever to get order completed 3 got address wrong (been at the same address 22 years and ALWAYS give my address as eleven twenty five(1125) Whitley rd they shipped it to 125 Whitley rd where does that even come from) shipment delayed a day 4 ordered 6 leashes of which 2-6ft L634 were suppose to be black and was told smaller leashes arent available in black received order today and all 6 leashes are burgundy smaller 1s available in black on site 5 didnt send catalogs requested but thats ok i wont be in a rush to business with these people any time soon worst experience Ive had in a long time and oh the brass snaps they use are junk and second rate at best I will keep the burgundy leashes because if i send em back i probably never see the black 1s thanks for nothing Charlie Phaneuf II 1125 whitley rd Middlesex Nc

J & J and Ray Allen are the same. Faulty equipment and horrible customer service. More likely to sell you an item without letting you know the pros and cons, then if you have a problem or if it doesnt work for you, they refer you to a "customer service" rep that is rude. There are plenty of good ethical businesses out there. Shop around for the same item you might want from this company with others because if you had a problem they will most likely tell you to pound sand.

Worst service ever!!! I ordered a replacement scent article on July 24th. Just called AGAIN today ( Aug 25) and was told they will check and get back to me. They have not made any effort to contact me at all letting me know that my order was seriously delayed. Every time I call it is the same story, "not sure what the hold up is". The website is very poor, there is no way to see the progress (or lack there of) of your order.

I ordered two black leather leashes. The payment and arrival were great, however, the leashes are horrible! The leather is cut so poorly that it is actually sharp. The puppies pulled and literally sliced open our hands! The braiding is not great either. A total waste of money. We cannot use the leashes and we hid them from the dog sitter in fear that she would injure herself severely!

I agree with the worst service ever. They include something and then claim I ordered it.. NOT. They cant look up anything without an order number. Everytime I do business with them I say its that last time and after their latest fiasco... I am done.
